Coast/Beach
The beaches of Marbella can be accessed by car within 30 mins. La Cala, Fuengirola and Torremolinos can all be reached by car within 25 mins.
Golf
Alhaurin golf is situated just 10 mins drive and affords a course with spectacular mountain scenary. It is located at the foot of the Mijas Mountain in the popular Costa del Sol. The 18-hole golf course is designed by one of the best golf players in the world, Severiano Ballesteros. Lauro golf also just 10 mins drive is a 6085m Par 72 course which is relatively flat parkland-style 1000ft above sea level with 9 lakes and olive trees.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is 2 hours drive away and skiing can easily be achieved on a day trip or longer in season. All equipment can be rented for a reasonable cost at the resort and should you require further information please enquire.
Special interest holidays
With the accessibility of the Sierra de las Nieves mountain ranges and Natural Park and the lakes at El Chorro, the villa is ideally situated for nature lovers and ramblers alike.
Travel
Malaga international airport is approx. 30 mins drive from the villa. Car rental is easily arranged at airport and a car is recommended to fully appreciate the area. Alternatively taxis are available at around Euro's 30 for a one way trip from/to airport if you want a relaxing holiday around the pool.
Distances
The quaint town of Coin and Alharin el Grande are approx. 5 mins by car. The towns of Monda and Gauro are approx 15 mins and the town of Ronda with its famous gorge is approx 50 mins. The bigger cities of Malaga and Marbella are 30 mins with Granada, Cadiz and Seville being approx 2 hours. Gibraltar is also only approx 1½ hours away (remember your passport) for duty free shopping.
Further details
Two restaurants are within walking distance with a new shopping mall containing more cafes, restaurants, bars, cinema and shops is 5 mins drive (15 mins walk). Many other restaurants and cafes are very close by. Local supermarkets are 5 mins drive and banks and cash machines can be found in Coin and Alhaurin el Grande. Cash is the preferred method of payment, although some local businesses will take credit cards with ID.

50% deposit required upon booking. Remainder payable within 30 days of arrival. Keys on arrival. Returnable security deposit taken on arrival to cover breakages.
