This is the quieter area of Javea, if you want more nightlife, visit the El Arenal area. It is a safe and secure development with locked gates, ideal for a quiet or family holiday. The apartment, which sleeps 6 comfortably, is on the ground floor, with its own private south facing patio garden. There is a well kept communal garden with large pool, jacuzzi and children's pool. Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. The rental price includes heating in the winter, bedlinen, towels (except swimming towels) each week. A cot and highchair are available at no extra charge. We require a £100 security deposit, which is returnable at the end of your holilday, providing no damage has been sustained.
Changeover day
Sundays. Please arrive after 2.00pm and depart by 10.00am on your final day, to allow for apartment cleaning.

Notes on accommodation
Underfloor heating is provided for winter lets.
Cot and highchair available at no extra cost.

Accessibility
The apartment is suitable for wheelchairs, being all on one level with no internal steps.
There is wheelchair access to the complex.
The 5 minute walk into the port area is flat with well maintained pavements.
Outside
The apartment has its own private south facing patio garden with garden furniture. There is also a well kept communal garden with large pool, jacuzzi and children's pool. An indoor pool, sauna and a gym are also available in the winter.
Coast/Beach
There is a large, safe, sandy bay at Javea, 5 minutes drive away. The port and port beach are 5 minutes walk away.
Golf
There are two golf courses within 10 - 15 minutes drive and others slightly further afield.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both approximately 1 hour's drive from Javea. Car hire or a taxi can be arranged for collection at the airport. Please ask us for details. Unrestricted and well lit parking is available around the complex.
Distances
Port, shops, restaurant, etc., are 5 minutes walk away and the old town 5 minutes drive. Other towns are between 15 and 30 minutes away.
Further details
Javea is a town of 3 parts. There is the old town, parts of which date back to the 16th century; the port area - still a working fishing port with a shingle beach, and el Arenal, the large safe sandy bay. Situated between Alicante and Valencia (an hour's drive from both airports), Javea is in one of the most attractive and healthy climate areas of Spain. There is plenty to see and do nearby, golf and tennis, theme and water parks, many markets and shops, excursions to places of interest. More varied shopping can be found in either Valencia, Alicante or Benidorm.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, which is non-refundable, unless the cancellation can be rebooked. The balance of the rent is required at least 6 weeks before the arrival date. We require a security deposit of £100, which is refundable at the end of a holilday providing no damage has been sustained.

About the owner
My sister and I purchased the apartment in 2001 as we wanted a base in Javea to spend the winters. We now spend 4 to 5 months here and to help our running costs we let it during the rest of the year. So the apartment is well furnished and equipped for our use and for our visitors. We love Javea, the climate is good, never too hot with the sea breeze and the pace of life suits us. Plenty to do or just laze in our very private south facing garden or in the communal one by the pool. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!
