We have taken great care and attention to those little details including the south facing large terrace giving spectacular views of the sea and mountains, the private 8m x 4m heated swimming pool, air conditioning,central heating and brand new superior quality furnishings throughout(including a 32" LCD television, DVD and satellite channels. This beautiful villa is located on the peaceful Cumbre del Sol. The nearest supermarket and bar is 1.4km. There is a small beach and horse riding on Cumbre del Sol. The beautiful town of Moraira is just 6km and Javia golf course is only a 10 mins drive. If you want to venture further then Benidorm is approx 35 mins and Valencia approx 1 hour. This villa is excellently priced compared to similar high quality villas on Cumbre Del Sol and also has the added advantage of its spacious setting.

Pool Heating can be booked at a cost of £65 per week (Apr-Sep) £100 (Oct + Nov). Pool heating is not available Dec-Mar.

Notes on accommodation
This villa is accessed via several steps but we now have a path built around the house making it easier to access with pushchairs,luggage etc. Once inside the house it is on one level and a stair gate is available for extra safety to enclose the terrace making it easier to keep an eye on small children. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
Outside
There is a covered naya for that bit of shade. There is a patio table and chairs and 6 sun loungers. There is also a stone BBQ for dining alfresco on those lovely Spanish summer nights. New for 2008 glass curtains on the Naya to give flexibility if the evenings are a bit chilly.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is on Cumbre del Sol (would need a car). Other beaches located in Moraira approx 10-15 mins
Golf
Within 10 mins of local golf courses. The championship courses of La Sella + Olivia Nova are approx 20 mins.
Travel
Nearest airport is Alicante (approx 1 hour) and Valencia approx 1.5 hrs. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Moraira 6km. Javia 8km. Benidorm approx 35 mins. Valencia approx 1.5 hrs. Terra Mitica theme park approx 35 min. this villa borders the parc natural reserve of Grandella(and is ideal for walking)
Further details
Bank and supermarket located on Cumbre del Sol. There is also a Chinese restaurant and a Spanish restaurant. More restaurants and bars can be found in Benitachel (2km away).

Please phone or e mail Teresa or Martin for further details. There is a 25% deposit and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arriving. A security deposit of £100 is payable before arrival and reimbursed on return.
