Bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as Air Conditioning in the lounge.The apartment has a large lounge/diner equipped with dining table and chairs,2 sofas, English TV, CD player and PS1/PS2 or Gamecube are available on request at a small charge.The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven and hob together with a microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine and drying area for washing. Large balcony with table and chairs facing towards the sea.

Changeover day
In high season the change over day will always be on a Saturday however it can be more flexible in other months. The apartment will be available for you from 3pm and is to be vacated promptly at 10am unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is a short 2 minute walk to the sandy Arenal beach and all its bars, restaurants and shops. In the evening summer months there are stalls alongside the beach for you to look at. There are two bars which boast swimming pools for your enjoyment (providing you purchase drinks from the bar) and are with a few minutes walk from the apartment
Golf
There are several golf courses in and around Javea all with a 20 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
Local bars with swimming pool, tennis and crazy golf are within a 2 minute walk. Transportation is available if you wish to go into benidorm etc. If you wish to hire a boat for the day that can be arranged.
Travel
Alicante airport 1 hour 20 mins. Valencia airport 1 hour 20 mins. A car is not essential as transport to and from the airport can be arranged at reasonable cost and public transport is available to the Arenal beach, Javea port and town together with all the local attractions.
Distances
Javea consists of 3 parts- the Arenal with its sandy beaches, bars and restaurants. The Port - the rocky pebbly beach with wonderful bars and restaurants overlooking the marina. The old Town- traditionally Spanish with its narrow streets and market day where you can pick up a bargain.
Further details
There is plenty to do in Javea, for the young we have a fairground that offers a small variety of rides for your enjoyment, speed boats, jet skis and many other water sports are available. Quad bike and go-karting are nearby.
Booking notes
Please note that a 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of 150 euros is required for breakages. This can be brought with you and returned on your departure.
Air conditioning is charged at 30euros per week and can be paid on your arrival.
