Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Check in time day of arrival is from 3pm and on departure day check out is midday.

| Living Rooms: | Living/ dining room contains 2 sofas that will seat 6 (1 is a double sofa bed) the dining table seats 6. There is a sideboard with a stereo and a TV with a DVD player. The room is dual aspect with lovely double patio doors onto the balcony. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and are changed between lettings. Apartment is cleaned between lettings. Additional cleaning on request. |
Notes on accommodation
Completely child safe with the choice of 2 lifts from the ground floor and the underground car park. A car is recommended .You can hire your car from Malaga airport at very reasonable rates, Marbella is only about a 30/40 minute drive from the airport. If you prefer not to drive you can get a taxi direct from the airport to the apartment. There is also a local bus service that runs regularly along the N340. Within walking distance from the apartments you have a supermarket, bank, local shops, restaurants and bars.
Outside
Large patio with table and chairs for 4 and 2 sun loungers. There are a choice of 2 pools and mature gardens.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is approx 40 meters from the beach. The beach is reputed to be amongst the finest along this part of the coast and has a fantastic beach bar/ reataurant immediately as you enter the beach. There are other numerous restaurants along it that provide a most romantic setting.
Golf
The apartment is right on Spain's golden mile which contains many of Spain’s Premier golf courses and Several golf courses lie nearby. Rio Real and Santa Maria are closest with Aloha, Las Brisas and Guadalmina short drives away.
Skiing
It is only a 90 min drive to the stunning ski resort at Sierra Nevada (Nov-April).
Travel
A car is recommended. You can hire your car from Malaga airport at very reasonable rates. Marbella is only about a 30-40 mins drive from the airport. If you prefer not to drive you can get a taxi direct from the airport to the apartment. There is also a local bus that runs along the N340.
Distances
Marbella town centre is a 4-5km drive.

Booking notes
A £100 key deposit is required with the booking and is returned after the keys have been returned. The full amount of the rental is due 4 weeks prior to departure.
