The house is situated in La Marina village (not the urbanization). It is close to the beach the beautiful blue flag beach of La Marina and is only minutes to the bars, restaurants, shops in La Marina. There is a large communal pool which is shared by 10 houses. You have a large rooftop solarium which is very private. There are sea views, mountain views and views of Santa Pola Bay. There is a front terrace that looks out to the La Marina village and the sea and pinewoods, there is a small barbecue. The house is fitted with air conditioning, alarm system, safe, all the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers.

Changeover day
Saturday is the changeover day, clients must depart by 10 am to allow for the property to be cleaned. Arrival at the property is after 2pm.

| Other: | The 3rd bedroom is downstairs next to the shower room. It has a double fold up bed, wardrobe etc. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for all types, family, elderly and couples. Most of the other houses are used for out of season stays so the pool area is not heavily used, it can be busy during July and August. TV does not have ITV, BBC channels there are English stations, news, music and cartoon channels etc. Note, there may be a charge for the use of Airconditioning. This is due to clients leaving the units running constantly even when out of the house. We will advise before arrival/booking if this charge applies.

Accessibility
It is not suitable for a wheelchair as the entrance is via 3 steps.
Outside
You have a front terrace which is very quiet and private, there are views of the village and the sea. A table and chairs is provided for your use. The pool is approx 10x5 and 2m deep.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach at La Marina is about a 2/3 minute walk through the pine woods, it is now officialy a Blue Flag beach. There are a couple of restaurants on the beach a beach bar, toilet facilities are nearby. There is a children's climbing frame and volleyball nets.
Golf
There are a number of courses within 20 mins of the property. If you wish any further information regarding golf we can provide it, just email your requirements.
Special interest holidays
There are a number of diving sites along the coast and if you take a trip to the Island of Tabarca you will find excellent snorkelling areas.
Travel
Alicante is about 20 mins away. You can use Murcia but that is about 45 mins away.
Distances
You have plenty to see, Guardamar is really Spanish, a good street market and a flea market at night. Santa Pola is really Spanish with some great restaurants. You can visit the fish auction where the fishermen sell there daily catch. For a more touristy visit try Torrevieja, small fair ground on the seafront, night market and lots of shops bars and restaurants, nighclubs etc. Then there is always Benidorm about 1 hour away.

La Marina has 4 banks, a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, dozens of cafes and bars, furniture shops, ceramic shop, mobile phone shop, internet access, vets, newsagents, bakery, tobacconist, fishmongers, several estate agents, post office, tourist information, health shop, hairdressers, everything you could possibly want.
Booking notes
To book we require a £100 or €150 deposit and the balance payable 6 weeks before the date of arrival. A £100/150 euros damage deposit is required; this will be returned to you within 7 days once the property has been checked.
