The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces, front and rear. Its large lounge/dining area leads onto a terrace that over looks the swimming pool, which provides secluded outdoor living.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning, underfloor heating in bathrooms and electric shutters. An underground parking area leads to your front door. Since it is a ground floor apartment it is completely suitable for older guests and for young children.
Outside
Outside, you will find tropical gardens, sparkling pools and a private walkway to the beach.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 200m away. Amongst the finest along this part of the coast with numerous restaurants that make it a most romantic setting.
Golf
Several golf courses lie nearby. Rio Real and Santa Maria are closest with Aloha, Las Brisas and Guadalmina short drives away.
Skiing
Winter skiing can be had on the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains.
Travel
Malaga airport is 45km away, 35 mins by car.
