Once you step out of the apartment's air conditioned luxury, you enter tropical gardens and a pool area. You can wander along a private walkway to one of the best beaches in Marbella. Once on the beach, you can enjoy an excellent restaurant that stands atop the sand dunes. With underground car parking, 24 hour security and lots of on-site facilities, Alicate Playa sets the standard for the perfect holiday location. Located only 4km east of Marbella, 30 mins from Malaga and close to shops, sports facilities it really has it all. Nearby you will find numerous golf courses. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces, front and rear. Its large lounge/dining area leads onto a terrace that over looks the swimming pool, which provides secluded outdoor relaxation.

A baby cot is available upon request 35 euros per week.

Meet and greet is provided free of charge. This ensures you find the apartment, receive the keys and are comfortably settled.

Changeover day
No preference, check out required by 11:00am, check in 5:00pm. (however for those arriving earlier they may check their cases in earlier).

Bedroom 2 with twin beds leading onto own terrace. Additional large inflatable double-bed and baby cot available upon request.
Bathrooms: One main bathroom and one en suite to Bedroom 1. Both have marble sinktops, baths, wcs and bidets. Both have underfloor heating.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Washing machine.
Living Rooms: Satellite TV, DVD player and CD radio (with cable for linking to iPODs or laptops)
Other: A large (30 cm high) inflatable bed provides extra sleeping facilities. Please advise if needed, so that extra bedding can be provided.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning, underfloor heating in bathrooms and electric shutters. An underground parking area leads to your front door. Since it is a ground floor apartment it is suitable for older guests and for young children.

Accessibility
Since it is a ground floor apartment it is suitable for wheel-chair users. Lifts give easy access to the car-park and other areas of the complex.

Outside
Outside, you will find tropical gardens, sparkling pools, a private walkway to the beach and paddle tennis courts.

The famous El Casco beach-side tennis club is very close - accessed from the El Rosario exit.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 200m away. Amongst the finest along this part of the coast with numerous restaurants that make it a most romantic setting.

Golf
Several golf courses lie nearby. Rio Real is opposite the apartments, with Santa Maria, Aloha, Las Brisas and Guadalmina short drives away.

Skiing
Winter skiing can be had on the nearby Sierra Nevada mountains.

Travel
Malaga airport is 45km away, 35 mins by car. Car hire is recommended. This is cheap and easy to arrange through companies. For cheap flights avaible from

Booking notes
£200 / 200 euros refundable booking / damages deposit required. This is refunded after your departure once the apartment has been checked for damages etc. Payment for the rental and for the booking deposit may be made to the meeter, by prior arrangement.
