Coast/Beach
The Costa Calida has a Mediterranean micro-climate which ensures at least 315 days of sun per year. In addition to its geographical attraction, the Costa Calida boasts three nature reserves: Regional Park of San Pedro, Calblanque and The Marine Reserve of the Hormogas Isles. The Mar Menor is the largest natural saltwater lagoon in Europe with a sustained water temperature of 17 degrees centigrade.

The villa is located on the 7th fairway of Mar Menor Golf Resort. Views of the 7th and 8th holes with the 5-star Intercontinental Hotel and clubhouse in the distance (more than 500 metres)
Travel
From Murcia (San Javier) Airport:
On leaving the airport take the 2nd exit at the roundabout then continue to a large roundabout where you need to take the 3rd exit signposted to Cartagena which takes you under the main highway. Go round the mini roundabout and join the AP7 highway heading for Cartagena. Stay on AP7 until exit 790 signposted Torre Pacheco. On leaving highway you will approach a roundabout take the 1st exit signposted to Torre Pacheco. (Contact owners for further details)
Distances
The towns around the Polaris World resort are small and inviting, the people friendly and accommodating. The Costa Calida with its many golf courses and complexes being planned are quickly turning the area into a golfer's paradise.
The town of Torre Pacheco is 2km from the resort, a typical small Spanish town with restaurants and bars and provides easy onward access to the regional capital Murcia and Cartagena. Los Alcazares is approximately 4 km where you will find the nearest beach.
Booking notes
£250 is required on booking which will also serve as a security deposit. This will be refunded within 2 weeks from the end of your holiday.
Full rental cost is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Cancellation charges:
Up to 8 weeks – Loss of deposit.
4-8 weeks – 50% of rental cost.
2-4 weeks – 75% of rental cost.
Less than 2 weeks – 100% of rental cost.
