Er Djebel is situated by a quiet road and can accommodate 10 people comfortably. It is a short drive into the village with its good selection of food shops and restaurants. The villa is built into the cliff and is surrounded by a terraced garden which ends on the beach. Each level has access to balconies to enjoy the sun from all directions, all windows and doors are double-glazed. A small pool in the garden is completely private and a BBQ is built into the lowest terrace. This villa is ideal for people who love the dramatic coastline and nature of Andalucia but like to be comfortable on holiday. The area is beautiful all year round, and although wonderful in summer is equally impressive in winter when the sea-scape becomes more dramatic. The villa is supplied with portable heaters and a wood burning stove for cooler months. The villa is ideal for families, and can accommodate young and old with space and facilities to allow them to follow their own pursuits without crowding.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is installed on all levels. Portable fans are provided for all rooms. There are portable heaters for each room, and the main seating are has a wood burning stove; wood for this is stored in the garden.
Outside
The garden consists of patios and steps with many places for sun beds and seating in both sun and shade. The garden and pool area can be lit at night, and there are lights in the pool. The 5x7m pool is totally private and is not heated. There is a BBQ built into the lowest terrace, and the terrace furniture can be moved to any location.
Coast/Beach
A stroll down the garden leads to the beach at Cabo de la Plata. To the right the beach stretches for several kilometers to Zahara-de-los-Atunes, on the left is a small rocky headland good for snorkeling and fishing. Beyond the headland is the Playa de los Alemanes which is recommended for all levels of surfing. There are many other good beaches in the area; at Bolonia to the south there are impressive dunes, umbrella pine forests and a ruined Roman town.
Travel
The nearest airports are Jerez (1½ hrs), Gibraltar (1½ hrs) and Malaga (2 hrs) drive away. Access to a car is essential for your stay.
Distances
Zahara-de-los-Atunes is 5 mins away by car for basic shopping and numerous restaurants. Supermarket shopping is available at Barbate (20 mins) or Chiclana (1hr). Also within easy driving distance is Vejer, Trafalgar lighthouse, Punta Paloma and Caños de Meca, Cadiz, Tarifa and Gibraltar.

Details of many places to visit are available in the villa. This is a low allergen environment so no pets please.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required to secure your reservation. The final payment of the remaining 70% is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
