This house is situated in the middle of nature in the village of Albunuelas. It is located together with a couple of other houses. There is a communal pool (8.5m -2.5m). The views from the terrace and balcony are breathtaking. From the house you can start several walks, drive to the beach (40 mins) or enjoy the culture of Granada (25 mins). The house is fully furnished for 4 people. In the village there are tapas bars, supermarkets, a bakery and a pharmacy.

Arrival time is normally 4pm, departure 10am.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible so you can choose the date of travel and not have to pay expensives flight fares on the Saturday. Arrival time is 4PM, departure time 10AM, naturally this can be more flexible if the property is not occupied.

Coast/Beach
Salobrena is the perfect beach location (30 minutes by car). There are not many tourists. There are some great restaurants on the beach side. Also the castle of Salobrena is worth a visit.
Golf
Golf courses can be found in Granada (25 minutes), Otura (20 minutes) opening July 2007, Motril (30 minutes).
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is a 1 hour drive from the village. It has 80km of slopes, bars, restaurants and a high speed gondola.

Travel
Granada airport (45 minutes), Malaga airport (1:45 minutes). A car is advisable. We can book a car for you from either Granada or Malaga airport, please ask us for further details. Price starts at £75 per week.
Distances
There are the villages of the Lecrin Valley that are nearby. A larger town, Durcal, is only 20 minutes away from Albunuelas. The Alhambra Palace in Granada is a must see.
Further details
In the village there are tapas bars, supermarkets, a bakery and a pharmacy. In Lecrin/Talara and Durcal you can find cash machines. A hipermarket, Carrefour, can be found in Granada.

A deposit is required:
25% of the total amount within 10 working days from date of booking, this confirms the booking. The balance 6 weeks before arrival date. We return the 25% minus bank charges when you cancel 6 weeks before date of arrival.
