Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Usual arrival and departure times are 2.00 pm for arrivals and 10.00 am for departures. These times can be flexible depending whether or not there are other clients arriving on the changeover day.

Master bedroom ensuite bathroom: bath, separate walk-in power shower, bidet, wc, double basin.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, integrated electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: Luxuriously furnished lounge and dining area with seating for six. The lounge area is very spacious with luxury sofas (one a sofa bed) opening through patio doors to sunny terrace area. Entertainment includes a home cinema system with Sky Digital TV, DVD.
Other: Very generous terracotta terrace (30 sqm) with armchairs, dining table/chairs. The private sun terrace is predominantly south/west facing enjoying sunshine throughout the afternoon and early evening.

The apartment is supplied with high quality towels and bed linen, beach towels are not provided. One set of clean towels and linen per week. The apartment is cleaned before and after departure of our guests including laundry (towels and linen).

Outside
The development has lush tropical landscaped gardens with 5 swimming pools to choose from including one internal pool (heated). Apartment is close to one of the pools; sun loungers are provided for guests. A health spa provides internal pool (featuring ‘swimming against the tide’ and a water cascade), fitness room, sauna, Turkish bath and hydro massager.

Golf
Ideally situated for golf, the apartment is located in the very heart of ‘Costa del Golf’ and is surrounded by more than 10 courses within 10 minutes drive. The Benatalaya development is adjacent to three courses, Atalaya, El Paraiso and La Alqueria. In total, there are more than 30 courses within easy reach of the apartment.

Skiing
In winter, you can drive up to the Sierra Nevada mountains and ski all day and then drive home in the evening. The best months are from mid-December to late April.

Travel
Malaga airport is approximately 40 minutes away. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
The old picturesque mountain village of Ronda is a short drive away and the cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba, full of history and culture, are within easy reach. Gibraltar is 40 minutes drive along the coast with its caves, cable car and tax-free shopping.

Further details
Coastal towns of Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Marbella are only a few minutes away. The apartment is located only 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus with its famous marina and beaches and wide array of bars, restaurants and designer shops along the waterfront. Close by is San Pedro, a beautiful Spanish town with all the usual amenities including safe, sandy beaches and its beachfront promenade. It has great supermarkets, banks, chemists, shops, restaurants and bars; the colourful local market is every Thursday.
Marbella, a shopper’s paradise, has an Andulucian ‘Old Quarter’ packed with interesting places to visit as well as numerous bars, restaurants in its whitewashed narrow streets and squares.
Benahavis is a delightful mountain village 5 km away with narrow cobbled streets in keeping with the original Moorish layout. It is known as the gastronomic centre of the Costa del Sol because of its amazing choice of restaurants.

A deposit of 30% secures your reservation.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival, together with refundable £150 security deposit.
Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Extra days can be booked and will be charged pro-rata. Where the beginning of the rental starts in one charge period and ends in another, a pro-rata rate will apply. Reduced rates for longer term rentals can be negotiated.
