The accommodation is spread over three floors, with front and back patios. On the ground floor is a living/dining area with a TV which receives all major UK channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a WC on the ground floor. The house is fitted with air conditioning throughout, which also functions as heating in the colder months. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one with a terrace and the main bathroom, including a spa bath. The large attic room on the second floor is the best of the 3 bedrooms, coming with its own shower room and terrace. Near the house is a communal pool for the use of the residents of the development. There are three championship golf courses within a 20 minute drive. The closest beach is a ten minute drive away, but there are many more to choose from. Within a couple of minutes' walk are bars, restaurants, a convenience store and a large swimming pool complex.

The house is strictly non-smoking, though you can of course smoke in the terraces and patios.

There are patio areas to front and rear.

Coast/Beach
There are innumerable beaches within a short drive of the house. Some are highly developed and others a little further away are almost deserted.

Golf
There are 3 excellent golf clubs in the area, all within 20 mins drive:

Campoamor (Par 72 - 6,786 Yds) An attractive, long but not too challenging course set in open countryside with a fabulous club house, restaurant and Pro shop

Las Ramblas (Par 72 - 6,407 Yds) Located between two ravines on the shore of the Mediterranean, this hilly course features wonderful views and has narrow and demanding fairways and greens.

Villamartin (Par 72 - 6,708 Yds) Probably the most famous of the three courses. It is surrounded by a prestigious Mediterranean village. It has hosted the Mediterranean Open and is noted for its large fast greens.

Travel
Alicante airport is a 45 min drive away. Murcia is reachable in about 30 mins. Pickup can be arranged at the airport. If hiring your own car you will be met at the house.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 3 weeks before departure.
