The tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, corner apartment situated in scenic El Pinet is only 20 minutes from Alicante Airport. From the private rooftop solarium where there is a BBQ and sun loungers, there are views of the mountains on one side and the beach on the other. The apartment has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, lounge/diner and front balcony. There is a choice of two communal swimming pools both of which have shade at most times of the day. The village of La Marina is a short distance away and the larger towns of Santa Pola and Torrevieja are about 20 minutes drive.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Utility Room: Equipped with washing machine, separate washing sink and clothes airer.
Living Rooms: The main living area is a lounge/diner that has access to the front balcony. There is a TV with Sky TV and all English channels, CD player, table and six chairs plus a sofa that converts into a double bed.
Other: The rooftop solarium has a locked cupboard containing sun loungers, umbrella and BBQ. The front balcony has patio table and chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen is supplied and changed weekly but towels are not supplied. There is a cleaning charge of 45 euros that should be left in the apartment on departure.

The blue flag beach is a 10-minute walk or 3 minutes in the car and during the summer there are lifeguards on duty plus beach bars, toilets and first aid facilities.

Travel
The apartment is located 15/20 minutes south from Alicante airport where several budget airlines fly from the UK. Car hire is readily available or you can arrange a taxi where you will pay aroung 30-40 Euros each way.

Distances
The city of Alicante is a 30 minute drive, Elche 15 minutes, La Marina Urbanizaciones 5 minutes and Guardamar is 15 minutes. The nearest waterpark in Torrevieja is around 20 minutes away.

La Marina village is a 15 minute walk away and has many amenities that include:

A booking deposit of 25% (non refundable) is required to secure your reservation and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the start. A security deposit of £50 is required prior to key handover - returned at the end of the let subject to no damage and all keys returned.
