Stunning property, decorated to a very high standard. New bathrooms and new kitchen appliances have been recently added. Our home will exceed your expectations and offer you a very comfortable and restful stay in Nerja. Just minutes to the fabulous beaches and seafront restaurants. The Balcon is just a 15 minute walk away. Both bedrooms have airconditioning so a good night sleep is assured. Downstairs fans are supplied to keep you cool on those hot nights. Heaters are supplied during the winter months. Washing machine,diswasher and all mod cons are supplied to make your holiday easier. Our home is your home from home. Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. We do require however that you inform us of your arrival times. To facilitate new arrivals we require that your departure is no later than 10.30am to accommodate our new guests. Accommodation will be available from 4pm onwards.

Notes on accommodation
Totally refurbished.Accommodation is suitable for families or couples with grown up children. For your comfort, both bedrooms are air-conditioned, oil filled heaters will be provided for winter months. Pets are not welcome. Smoking on roof top terrace or balconies please. Property has been recently totally updated to a very high standard.

Outside
Rooftop terrace 2 sun loungers. Washing machine. Ground floor balcony with table, chairs. Stunning mountain views from rooftop terrace. lower balcony over looks the pool directly. The gardens are well maintained, the pool has been recently tiled.
Coast/Beach
8 mins walk to the lovely Burriana beach with sun loungers for hire, showers and plenty off good restaurants and bars along the front. There is also a small mini market here.
Golf
With the excellent warm weather all year round, Andalucia is well known for its golf courses. There are over 60 golf courses and there are 20 close by The Anoreta and Baveria golf courses are within 20 mins drive from Nerja.
Skiing
Nerja is within 1½ hour drive to the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the excellent ski resorts. All equipment can be hired at the resorts.
Special interest holidays
There is an activity centre on Burriana beach which will cater for almost all your requirements.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga, approx 1 hour drive and 70km, car hire is recommended. However, there is a very good bus service to and from the airport. Taxis are available also.
Distances
Old town is only a leisurely walk from our unit. Competa a beautiful white village ¾ hour drive up the mountains. Maro just down the coast is a nice walk too. Granada is a 2 hour drive but well worth a visit to see the Alhambra Gardens. The famous Nerja caves are a short distance too (concerts often take place within the caves so keep a close eye). Water Parks are at Torre de Mar and Almunecar both are a 30 min drive.
Further details
Nerja is full of Trendy and old Spanish style tapas bars and restaurants all within walking distances from The Unit. ATM machines are available on Burriana beach at Nerjamar Real Estate Office. Banks are in the old town 15 mins walk away. There is a Super Sol (supermarket) less than 5 mins drive from the townhouse and a small mini market on Burriana Beach. Eroski is a 20 mine drive towards Malaga but has excellent facilities including a Dunnes stores and an amazing supermarket. There is an activity centre on Burriana beach where you can organise diving and other activities from. Some of the local restaurants that we recommend are Nerja de Nerja On Burriana beach just a short walk to and from where you are staying. For more up market dining 34 on Carabeo is a highly recommended dining experience, booking is advisable. H20 is 2 doors down from Camaleon, a wonderful place to have an afternoon cocktails, some tapas or a late night drink after your excellent meal. These are a few of our favourite little places, we hope you enjoy them too.The old town is well worth a trip at night time,Some lovely Spanish restaurants and we have recently discovered a great Thai.Asian Bens just of the Balcon is worth a visit,Try the salt & pepper Chicken starter (totally yummy) Nerja has everything to suit all tastes.
Booking notes
25% non refundable deposit at time of booking this will secure your reservation. The remainder to be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain. As a valued guest we will give 10% discount on return visits. We also require a 200 euro damage deposit which is fully refundable after an inspection by our caretaker.

We are all back after having a fantastic holiday, we would all like to thank you for your lovely apartment, it was better than home from home and the air con in the bedrooms was so welcome. A special thank you to Mark if you happen to speak to him, we went out one evening and left both keys on the table and shut the door and he kindly came and let us in.

Hi Derek. Thank you, what a lovely house and setting you have there. It was the perfect base for us we crammed in as much as possible. Finally managed to track down a brilliant Flamenco show at a bar in Calle Gloria and some decent
Paella at last. Next time we come I want to visit the Andalusian horse stud if I can.Once again thank you and cannot think of a thing to improve the facilities!! Speak soon Meryl and family.
