The state of the art salt water pool is 9.5m x 4.5m and is extremely kind to your eyes and skin. The plot is surrounded by high walls and hedges, giving you excellent privacy, and sufficient on site parking for 3 cars.

Outside
The BBQ terraced area is adjacent to the kitchen and naya, making BBQ easy to organise. There are ample sun lounges, chairs and tables on the various terraces and of course there is the 9.5m x 4.5m salt water swimming pool available for your personal use.
Coast/Beach
Moraira has many beaches and small coves to offer you. The nearest of these in Moraira and el Portet are only 3 kms away (5 mins drive by car). Both are very popular and have excellent walkways and are littered with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants.
Travel
Alicante airport is 80kms ( 1 hour drive).
Valencia airport is 130kms (1.5 hour drive).
Murcia airport is a 2 hour drive away.
A car is strongly recommended here and there are many hire companies who will make cars available from the airports.
Distances
Moraira is 3 kms or 5 min drive from the villa. The larger towns of Javea and Calpe are 20 to 30 mins drive. Benidorm with all its nightlife is only 30 mins away.
Further details
Moraira is full of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. There are local markets and craft markets often opening in the evenings. There are many summer fiestas both in Moraira and nearby towns. There are tennis courts, water sports, riding stables, go-carting and many other outdoor activities available. There is a small permanent fair ground in Moriara and other major attractions for the kids include Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Sealife Park and Vergel Safari Park, all within 30 mins drive.

A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance of stay, must be paid in full to secure the booking. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a full information pack with all neccessary details including instructions on key collection and reception details.
