Montana Vista Villa and separate apartment is located in Orbeta, approximately 5 minutes (0.75km) from the beautiful village of Orba. The villa enjoys spectacular views across the orange groves to the mountains beyond. Orba village has many excellent restaurants and bars. It also has a supermarket, bakeries, shops and a bodega.

Notes on prices
Prices quoted are for the villa plus 2 occupants per week, in UK pounds and will vary according to the size of the party. Extra occupants are charged at £25 per person per week. All services are included in the rental cost. Part weeks are available, prices are pro-rata. Prices include all services, linen and towels.
Changeover day
Flexible, part weeks accepted. (Cheaper flights midweek). Arrival after 2pm and departure not later than 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Young children are very welcome. Cots and highchairs are provided. We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets. No single sex groups.
Outside
The balcony and patio area are a real feature. They overlook the mountains and orange groves. They are equipped with table, chairs, sunloungers, parasol and gas barbecue: all that is needed for alfresco dining.
Private pool 21ft x 12ft. Steps down to 3ft deepening to 6ft.

Approximately 20 minutes drive away.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are a 1 hour drive.
A car is essential to fully enjoy the area. We recommend that you arrange car hire when booking your flight.
Further details
Orba is situated at the head of the Orba Valley, which is renowned for its citrus fruits, thus making it green all year round. There are fiestas in the village in May, July and August. The surrounding villages have similar events from Easter onwards. These include paella days, fireworks, bull running, dancing in the streets, parades, music and a host of other activities. This is a very beautiful part of the Mediterranean coastline with many sandy beaches and lots of sporting activities such as windsurfing, boating, golfing etc., within 20 minutes drive from the villa.
Benidorm is a 45 minute drive away with its nightlife and many attractions.The beautiful old city of Valencia is a 1 hour drive, and offers lots of cultural activities. There are also many famous beauty spots within easy reach.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required with the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £100 pounds sterling is required with the balance payment. This deposit will be returned upon receipt of the keys and a report of no damage to the property.
