Changeover day
Changeover day is a Saturday on rare ocassions there is some flexibility to this. Departure time is 12pm and arrival time is 3pm.

The apartment is perfectly suited to large families and groups of friends, with two spacious bedrooms and a sofabed in lounge. Each room has a ceiling fan. There is also a large balcony which is lit and ideal for outside dining.

Outside
The apartment is located on a modern complex five minutes from the beach. The complex has three heated swimming pools including a children's pool. The complex also has a restaurant and bar with evening entertainment. There is also a health club with gym and indoor pool, there is a charge locally of approx £5 per week to use this facility. All other facilites are included in the rental price of the apartment.
Coast/Beach
A five minute walk will take you to the beachfront.
Golf
The championship Torrequbrada golf course is located approx five minute drive from the apartment.
Travel
Malaga Airport is a twenty minute transfer. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
The Benalmadena Port is a twenty minute walk from the apartment. The village of Arroya De Miel with its many shops and resturants is a fifteen minute walk and the pretty hill top town of Mijas is a short bus ride away.
Further details
White port of Benalmadena is a wonderful place is relax and enjoy a meal. Whilst there are plenty of banks, bars and resturants in Benalmadena, The best shopping tends to be in Arroya De Miel. Further along the coast you will find the playgrounds of the rich and famous Puero Banus and Marbella. Alternatively why not take a day out and visit Gibraltar, Ronda of Granda.
