Villa Eirina is situated in the El Coto residential area, only one kilometre from Fuengjrola and its magnificent beaches and sea front. The urbanization has a supermarket, chemist, and three restaurants. There is a limited bus service to town. This villa has been built to the highest specifications. All the windows are triple-glazed and have electrically operated blinds. The main gate is automatic and the villa has a "video porter". A safe has also been installed. The whole villa has been furnished to a high standard. Flooring and staircase is of cream marble, and the dining room leads into a beautiful kitchen. The beams and downlighting finish off the attractive design. Please note: The villa is one of 5 privately owned by us and rented directly, therefore, if this property is not available for your chosen dates we may be able to offer similar suitable accommodation (details on our website). We are not agents and have rented out our homes for many years on the coast.

Travel
Traffic on the coast increases significantly during the peak holiday season so times vary.
Fuengirola bus station serves local and longer distance buses on the Costa del Sol.
Fuengirola railway station is located underground a block away from the bus station. Look out for this sign above the station.
Train Service to Málaga Airport and to Málaga RENFE Railway Station Málaga City Alameda Station.
First train 07.15 then at 45 and 15 minutes past the hour. Last train 23.45.
Distances
As a guide, Malaga airport is 20 minutes drive. Marbella 20 minutes drive.
You may take the bus directly to Malaga (25 km east), Marbella (30 km west), Estepona (50 km west) and Algeciras (50 km west) and Mijas (8 km inland).

A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required within 14 days of making a booking by phone. The accommodation is reserved for this period. Full payment 8 weeks prior to departure.
