Our 2 Niza apartments are situated on the Fuengirola Promenade overlooking the sea and within a stone's throw of the port. These are well furnished apartments consisting of 2 twin bedded rooms, bathroom, kitchen, enclosed washing area with washing machine, lounge and dining area and a balcony overlooking the beach. A welcoming food parcel will await the tenants’ arrival. It is a short taxi journey to the rail station for access to the airport. Private parking space provided at the rear if you hire a car. Please note: The apartment is one of 2 privately owned by us and rented directly therefore, if this property is not available for your chosen dates we may be able to offer similar suitable accommodation (details on our website).

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. *The weeks prior, during, and after Easter holidays are £300 for the Niza Apartments. August bookings are for the complete month only and not individual weeks.

Golf
The Costa del Sol has the largest number of golf courses in Europe with many within close driving distance of Mijas.

Skiing
Less than 3 hours drive from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
Travel
Traffic on the coast increases significantly during the peak holiday season so times vary.
Fuengirola bus station serves local and longer distance buses on the Costa del Sol.
Fuengirola railway station is located underground a block away from the bus station. Look out for this sign above the station.
Train Service to Málaga Airport and to Málaga RENFE Railway Station Málaga City Alameda Station.
First train 07.15 then at 45 and 15 minutes past the hour. Last train 23.45.
Distances
As a guide, Malaga airport is 20 minutes drive. Marbella 20 minutes drive.
You may take the bus directly to Malaga (25 km east), Marbella (30 km west), Estepona (50 km west) and Algeciras (50 km west) and Mijas (8 km inland).
Booking notes
Due to demand, August bookings are for the whole month only. A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required within 14 days of making a booking by phone. The accommodation is reserved for this period. Full payment 8 weeks prior to departure.
