Elegance is a new luxury development with a futuristic design. Our apartment is situated on the first floor and its north-easterly facing terrace overlooks a pool and gardens and enjoys morning sunshine. The apartment is air conditioned and beautifully finished with marble flooring throughout and both bathrooms are fully tiled. Soft furnishings are in cream leather and there is a colour TV with DVD and satellite for all UK channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine/tumble dryer. There is a large communal swimming pool and shaded terrace, IT room, sauna and gym and children’s play centre. The apartment has a video phone entry system and a dedicated underground parking bay accessed by an automatic door. There is also a lift which makes the apartment user friendly for the old and young.

Outside
Elegance has a large dolphin shaped swimming pool set in landscaped gardens. There is also a childs pool and external showers. At one end of the pool there is a large terrace with tables and chairs under a high stretched awning.
Coast/Beach
About 300m from the apartment is a beautiful 20km sandy beach. There are cafes and showers on the beach which is safe for swimming
Golf
There are 6 golf courses within a 40 minute drive.
Travel
Denia is equidistant from Alicante and Valencia airports. From either airport it is about 45 miles on the toll motorway (6.5 euros). Both airports have several car hire companies which accept pre booking from the UK. The apartment is so close to the centre of Denia (10 mins stroll) that a car is not essential.
Distances
The apartment is in Denia, a historic town with a large fortified castle, marina and port with daily sailings to the Balearic islands. The town lies in the shadow of the Montgo Mountain and National Park. Within an hours drive to the North is Valencia (Spain's third largest City with a mix of modern and historic buildings coupled with miles of beautiful sandy beaches. An hour to the south lies Alicante and on route to there are some gorgeous towns and resorts like Javea, Moraira and Altea.
Further details
Denia has a good range of shops, restaurants and bars which are all in walking distance from the apartment. There are organised tours of the Castle and Denia is compact enough to be explored within a few days. Further out from the centre of Denia are go-karting tracks and a drive in cinema. From the marina there are daily boat tours to a variety of other ports along the coast.
Booking notes
There is a meet and greet service where you will be given the keys and remote control for the garage and shown to the apartment. A deposit of £200 (high season), £100 (low season) is taken when the apartment is booked and the balance of the rental fee is payable 6 weeks before the rental period. In addition a £200 returnable deposit is payable to cover incidental damage.
