Villa Verde is a detached 3 bedroomed villa on 2 floors with a private pool set in a quiet part of Ciudad Quesada and affording a high level of comfort, privacy and security. The villa is approximately 10 minutes by car from the beautiful town and sandy beaches of Guardamar, and 20 minutes from the bustling town of Torrevieja. It is surrounded by attractive terracing and established shrubs and fruit trees including lemons, oranges and figs. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with all possible modern conveniences including air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV with English channels and dishwasher.

Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday in the peak season of June -August. Alternative changeover days are possible outside of these months.

Notes on accommodation
The propery has been furnished to the owners own high standards and is therefore more luxurious and comfortable than many rental properties, guests often comment that the photos don't do it justice! The upstairs master bedroom offers a high degree of privacy as it is well away from the 2 downstairs bedrooms.

Outside
There is a private pool which is not overlooked by neighbouring properties, thereby offering a high level of privacy. There is a large outdoor barbecue and a shaded area alongside the BBQ for al fresco dining, with a dining table and 6 chairs. There are 6 sunbeds for relaxing by the pool, and two large umbrellas for when the sun gets too hot! There are several fruit trees around the property - guests are free to pick the lemons and figs when in season.
Coast/Beach
Villa Verde is approximately 10 minutes by car from the beatiful palms, sand dunes and beaches of the Spanish resort of Guardamar. The harbour, port and beaches of the major tourist town of Torrevieja are approximatley 20 minutes by car.
Golf
The La Marquesa golf course is within 10 minutes drive of the villa. There are 3 further golf courses within a 20 minute driving including the renowned Villamartin, and the famous La Manga golf course is approximately 1 hour by car.
Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante and Murcia, both of which are approx. 35 minutes from the villa.
Distances
The villa is about 20 minutes level walk to the centre of Ciudad Quesada, where there are many good restaurants and lively bars, banks, small shops, medical centre and a supermarket. There is a smaller supermarket approx. 10 minutes walk and nearest bars and restaurants are an easy 6 minutes away.
Further details
On Ciudad Quesada there is an Aquapark (opens June), tennis courts and Crazy Golf for more active holiday-makers. There are also walks and bicycle routes around the famous salt lakes, an area now known as the La Mata Nature Reserve which is approximately 10 minutes by car from the villa. The closest supermarket, bank, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance.
Booking notes
A non-refundable booking deposit of £150 per week is required. A booking form is sent by e-mail to enquirers and the booking is confirmed as soon as it is returned together with the deposit cheque. Final payment is required 6 weeks before departure date. A £150 damage deposit is also required with the final payment.
