A beautiful looking Spanish villa with all the modern conveniences expected on a luxury holiday. It has been immaculately maintained inside and out and is an ideal place to have a relaxing holiday. There is a lovely floodlit pool surrounded by a walled patio area and fully stocked gardens. The pool is sited close to the outside kitchen which is stocked with unbreakable crockery and glasses; there is no need to walk back to the house to refill your glass if you stay at this villa! There is an outside shower and poolside loo facilities. The gardens are tiered and children have great fun exploring all the different terraced areas. There are Palms, Lemons, Figs, baby Oranges and even a Banana tree. The villa is spacious and is on 2 levels, the kitchen with granite work tops, has all the usual kitchen equipment.The villa is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme which includes a 4th bedroom and 2 brand new modern wetrooms. Additionally, a large decked terrace is being constructed.

Notes on accommodation
We have children of are own so have left dollies buggies, ride on trikes videos, DVD's and books as well as some puzzles and games for the use of guests. These are away in cupboard so if they are not for you no problem!!!
Outside
Beautifully maintained terraced gardens. Breathtaking views from pool area and extended lounge terrace. Private 30ft pool with Roman steps to shallow end. Rattan sunbeds, side tables and chairs. Outside kitchen with built in gas BBQ and fridge. Poolside dining area with rattan table & chair set seating 10. Poolside WC and outside shower.
Coast/Beach
Around 20 - 25 mins walk, 4 mins in the car!
Golf
Moraira has 1 golf course which is 2 minutes drive away. This area has numerous championship golf courses within easy reach - Javea, Denia, Altea are all within ½ an hour drive.
Travel
Alicante 60 mins drive. Valencia 80 mins drive.
Distances
About 25 mins drive from Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar water world (fantastic dolphin and seal show). About 25 mins from Altea and 35 from Benidorm.
Further details
Moraira is a pretty coastal town with its own picturesque marina and blue flag beaches. It a truly lovely place to have a family holiday. Hugh choice of restaurants everything from 2 Michelin stars to menu del dia for 10 euros.
Booking notes
A 25% booking deposit is taken to reserve the villa - the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. £250 breakage deposit is payable with the balance.

We have had the villa now for 5 years and have already had some repeat guests who love the unique view, seclusion and comfort of the villa.
