3 bedroom villa, 4 mins walk from Burriana beach which has a superb selection of beach front restaurants and shops. Villa has private pool as well as a large communal pool. Several sunbathing terraces provide sun all day and the shaded terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. There is a large selection of loungers, tables and chairs etc. The side garden leads onto a BBQ area. The roof top sunbathing terrace has fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Nerja is about a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday with access after 4.00pm and departure before 11am.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans. There is an extra folding bed available. Adequate room heaters for winter use. Safety gates available for the inside stairs.
Outside
Several sunbathing terraces provide sun all day and the shaded terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. There is a large selection of loungers, tables and chairs etc. The side garden leads onto the BBQ area. As well as the large communal pool the villa has its own private pool, which is approximately 6.5x4m, with a depth range of 1 to 1.6 mtrs; a great fun pool for all the family.
Coast/Beach
A 4 minute walk brings you to Burriana beach which has a superb selection of beach front restaurants and shops. There are many other lovely beaches to explore, all within easy walking distance.
Golf
There are golf clubs within easy reach of Nerja.
Skiing
If planning a winter holiday Villa Jazmin is ideally placed being only 1 1/2 hours drive to the ski slopes of Granada, so you can ski in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon.
Special interest holidays
Burriana beach boasts its own PADI diving centre. A visit to the amazing Nerja Caves at nearby Maro must not be missed.
Travel
Nerja is about a 45 min drive from Malaga airport. A car is not essential unless you wish to expore the facinating area, albeit there are plenty of excursions available. We can arrange pick up from the airport with a friendly driver who has lots of local knowledge, this is a relaxing way to start your holiday.
