It is located within 10 miles of San Javier (Murcia) airport (approx 15 minute drive), and 10 minutes from La Manga club. The vicinity has a large number of high quality golf courses and is a World Health Organisation ranked location, due to high water and air quality. The apartments have been designed in a modern style, being recently fully refurbished with brand new facilities giving a light and contemporary feel throughout. In the apartments in the comfort of warm/cold air-con you will be able to enjoy Sky TV, DVD and be equipped with full kitchen facilities inc. Microwave, electric hob, oven and fridge/freezer. You will also have access to a further communal pool, tennis courts, football and basketball courts. 5 bars and restaurants on site.

Notes on accommodation
Guests have access to the Beach House's own private 8m x 4m pool along with the local communal pool, tennis courts, football, crazy golf and basketball. There are also 3 bars & restaurants on site. High chairs and travel cots can be provided on request. All guests are met at the property by a property management team, shown round and provided with contact details and support in need of emergency.

Accessibility
The 3 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom apartments are on the ground floor. The Owners apartment is on the first floor, accessible by stairs only.
Ramps for wheerchair access to the downstairs apartments can be arranged.

Outside
The Villa is within its own high private wall for privacy and security. Each apartment has it's own terrace as well as guests having access to the 2 large roof terraces. There are outdoor dining and barbecue facilities with each apartment.
The grounds include a shared garden and secure storage for personal sporting equipment.

Coast/Beach
The Beach House is on the frontline to the Mar Menor, with direct access and views from the owners' apartment. The local beach is traditional red sand and ideal for watersports.
In addition the area has 2 other coastlines with white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean on the La Manga strip, and, the stunning rugged coast of the southern headland, renowned for its diving attractions. Both within a 15 minute drive.

Golf
There are over 15 high quality golf courses (La Manga, Polaris World, Rhoda Golf etc..) within a 20 minute drive from the Beach House. The closest courses are within 5 minutes drive, with La Manga and Polaris World both less than 10 miles away.

Special interest holidays
The apartments are frequently used by Windsurfing and watersports parties, birdwatching societies, cycling clubs and relaxation / yoga groups. There is also a great deal of cycling club activity in the area. Storage facilities are available for personal equipment.

Travel
The Beach House is located 10 miles (15 minutes) south of Murcia (MJV) airport and 50 miles south of Alicante (ALC). Taxi services are available from both but car hire is recommended and better value.

Distances
The Villa is situated in Las Urritias and the closest major town, Los Alcazares is less than 5 miles away, with La Manga Club 10 miles and La Manga Strip 15 miles. The nearest cities are Cartagena and Murcia.

Further details
The area is a World Health Organisation ranked locality due to the cleanliness and salt proerties of the Mar Menor and the clean air. The slat flats provide an ideal location for avid bird watchers, the range of championship courses in close proximity is a haven for social and hardened golfers; Watersports are in abundance and there are a range of historical sites of interest and shops and attractions for all the family.
There are numerous regular local markets in the nearby villages and the nearby towns of Los Alcazares and Los Belones provide a wide range of bars, restaurants and nightlife along with the historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia, which have a wide range of shops and tourist attractions.
