25% deposit at time of booking, balance 6 weeks before occupation.
Discounts available for over 2 weeks and longer periods in winter.

Normally Saturday but could be changed if it fits in with other guests.

Bathrooms: Main bedroom en suite, bath, bidet, 2 washbasins, toilet.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen: Cooker, combination microwave, fridge freezer, oven, washing machine.
Living Rooms: Large L-shaped sitting/dining room elegantly furnished with antique furniture and paintings. The 52' plasma TV has Sky reception and is connected to a dolby surround system with radio and CD facility. The room has both air-conditioning and ceiling fan.
Other: The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with antiques but modern comfortable mattress. The main bedroom has air conditioning the other ceiling fans.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towels and linen are included with the exception of beach towels. The maid service is once per week and a welcome food pack is included.

Outside
The mature garden has a wide variety of trees and plant that complements the setting. At night time the garden lights give a tranquil and romantic feeling with wonderful views towards the sea and golf course. The swimming pool 10x5m has lighting and during summer maintains a very comfortable temperature.

Coast/Beach
Fuengirola beach is only 5 min drive other well known beaches, Cabopino, La Cala.

Golf
Mijas golf is only 10 min by car. Other courses within 15min are - Torrequebrada, Riviera, Parador de golf, Alhaurin, Calahonda.

Skiing
In the Sierra Nevada from December onwards there is a very good skiing resort. With it being so high and south it very rarely gets exceptionally cold. It is about 90min drive from the house.

Special interest holidays
Within a 2 hour drive you have some of the most important historic monuments in Europe, the mosque of Cordaba and the Alhambra of Granada.

Travel
Only a 25min drive from the airport, car hire can be arranged at attractive prices.

Distances
Only 5 min to Fuengirola, 20min to Malaga or Marbella.
