Crevillente is a bustling, typical Spanish town and although only 30 minutes from the main tourist areas, it has retained its traditional character. You can enjoy a quiet drink in one of the many parks or plazas, shop in the busy weekly street market or enjoy the tranquility of the nature reserve at El Fondo. Like most of the surrounding towns Crevillente prides itself on its fiestas and processions. 'Moors and Christians' (early October) and 'Samana Santa' (Easter) being the biggest and most famous. The Sierra Crevillente, behind the town, offers the chance of more sedate daytime activities such as hill-walking and bird watching (Bonellis Eagles and many more), while the nearby towns offer the more traditional holiday pursuits.

| Other: | Patio doors lead from the living room onto a separate patio area overlooking the pool. The pool is 10x5m with an outside shower. Outside table and chairs are provided and there is a barbecue adjacent to the patio. Retractable shade over patio area. |

Bed linen and towels provided but not pool or beach towels. The casita is cleaned prior to arrival and a laundry service is available for a small extra charge, please ask. |

Outside
The casita is situated in the grounds of and to adjacent to the main family house, with English family in residence. The property is at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Covered parking is available. Situated on the lower slopes of the Sierra Crevillente, you can walk from the house through the extensive pine forests. A 10 minute drive to the upper parking area, (1 hour's hard walk) opens up approximately 70kms of mountain paths.
Coast/Beach
Guardamar with its popular beaches, shops, bars and night market is a 30 minute drive away. Other beaches are easily reached within an hour from El Campello in the north to the Mar Menor and La Manga in the south.
Golf
Numerous golf courses are reachable within 60 minutes. These include Bonalba to the north, La Manga and Mosa Trajectum to the south. La Finca (Algorfa) is the nearest, being just a 30 minute drive. When completed, the new course at Albatera will be a 15 minute drive.
Travel
Alicante airport, 30 minutes.
Murcia airport, 45 minutes.
A car is essential.
Distances
Crevillente and Albatera (local shops and bars) both 10 minutes.
Alicante (Shops, beaches, marina, bars) 35 minutes.
Torrevieja (Shops, beaches, night market) 45 minutes.
Guardamar (Shops, beaches, night market) 30 minutes.

Because of its central location, the casita is also ideally suited to couples looking for property to purchase or for anybody waiting for completion on their property (long term rates available) Having worked in the property market for several years, we can offer advice on locations, builders, etc. We offer a shopping service for clients, prior to their arrival, should they wish. Also, for the ladies, a fully qualified beautician resides in the house and may be booked if required.

£50 deposit required at time of booking (strictly non-refundable). Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival or full fee to be paid on booking if less than 6 weeks before arrival.
