We ask for a 20% deposit to book the the villa and then ask for the remainder 8 weeks before you travel. There are discounts for three week stays.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible most of the year but we do ask
Saturday to Saturday in June, July and August.

Notes on accommodation
At the foot of the Sierra Almijara Nevada mountains, approximately 50 km east of Malaga, lies the town of Nerja on the Costa del Sol. Situated on a rugged headland in an area of sheltered coves with excellent sandy beaches ,overlooking the Mediterranean. Nerja is one of the smaller and more tastefully developed coastal resorts, noted for its absence of high-rise hotels and apartment buildings. Surrouned by some of the most fertile farmland in Spain, where olives, avocados and many other crops grow in abundance. Nerja remains a small unspoiled town. The old part of town is a maze of cobbled streets offering cafes and tapas bars, boutiques and fine shops. Later in the evening the Balcon De Europa - a palm fringed promenade overlooking the sea - and the cobbled streets of Nerja come to life and are lovely places to just stroll relax and watch the world go by

Accessibility

Outside
There are 3 balconies, 1 for dining 1 for sunbathing
and 1 what is off of the master bedroom with seating for two,all have stunning views. 10 sunbeds, table and chairs.
(BBQ) A beautiful waterfall surrounded by flowers, a lemon and orange tree. Off-street parking for 1 car with ample spaces outside for 6. The villa's entrance is on street level.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a 7/8 minute walk,there are tapas bars and resturants. Jet skis and paragliding available in the summer months.
Learn to scuba dive on the Burriana Beach all year round.
Golf
There are 3 courses, Baviera golf is a 15 mins drive, Anoreta is 25 mins drive, Solebrena is a 40 mins drive. All 3 are good courses and well worth a visit.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive (leave at 6am skiing by 8am) November - May.
Travel
Malaga Airport is the nearest to Nerja (52km) Once there you can either hire a car or get a coach in to Nerja.
Also we can hire you a mini bus and driver with seating for up to 11 people this is 120 euros one way.
Distances
The villa is situated on the west side of nerja. The caves of Nerja are a 10 min drive. Water parks - Torre del mar 25 mins, Almunecar 35 mins.
Further details
There are bars/restaurants on the urbanisation. There is a supermarket, newsagent, gym with spa in the hotel (opposite)
You can change money there as well.
