This superb accommodation is set-up and built for a quality holiday in a secluded, but not isolated area. It sits between 2 Spanish towns on a plot of 2300m.sq. There is a large private pool, 10m x 5m, which is elevated and balustraded for safety. The house manager is English and lives close by if required. There are 4 spacious bedrooms. 2 doubles and 2 twin bedded rooms. 2 single beds are also available for children taking the capacity to 10 sleeping. The kitchen has all conveniences with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and microwave. It has a utility area and its own alarm system which is simple to use. The gates are electronically controlled. There is a children's play area with swing, slide and playhouse with toys. The lounge has satellite TV, video, CD player stereo and DVD player. There are CDs/videos in the villa with 38 channels on the TV in English. Outside in the garden is a 400m2 tiled patio in front and around the pool.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. 25% Deposit payable within 7 days of booking. Air conditioning / heating at £60 per week. Toddler kit (Cot, High Chair, Baby Walker & pushchair) @ £40 Per Week. Supplement of £45 Per week for more than 8 adults sleeping (not children). Villa cleaned on arrival.
Balance due 8 weeks before travel.
£250 breakage deposit payable with balance (returnable).
Changeover day
The changeover day in the Summer months is normally Saturday. It is flexible the rest of the year. Tenants can take possession at 16.00 hours and we ask you to leave by 10.00am.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge has satellite TV with 38 English channels, DVD player in the telly, video with tapes, CD player with discs. There are 2 sofas and 3 armchairs, ding tale that seats six easily. There is a stereo system with tapes, CDs and radio. Log fire. |
| Other: | Outside is a BBQ with utensils, seating for 11 around 3 tables and a parasol and shower next to the pool. There is a safe well and children's play area. Parking for 10 cars and rear seating area outside for breakfast and shade in the afternoon. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned ready for use on arrival. If a mid-stay clean is required this can be arranged by calling the house manager and paid for separately. Adequate laundry is provided on arrival. If a change is required this is charged as an extra. |
Notes on accommodation
The air conditioning is optional at £75 per week.

Clients are reminded to special care of children in and around the pool and garden areas.
A condition of booking is that clients take out their own personal insurance.

Accessibility
The property is elevated by 1.5 meters front and back. Wheelchair clients would need to be assisted in and out of the property for access and egress. Once inside there are no steps within the accommodation.
Outside
There is a elevated private pool accessed by a staircase and balustraded. The patio area is 400 sq.m. in front and around the pool. The rest of the garden and parking areas are gravelled for easy maintenance. There are palm trees and fruit trees as well as several plants, which are watered regularly by staff. There is a barbeque for sole use of the clients with utensils. Adequate seating in and around the garden. The fence has shields for privacy. There is an alarm system and electronically controlled gates. The area is as safe as we can make it for children, but parents are advised to take special care around the pool and patio. A Games room will be built in November, along with a full size badminton court, which can also be used for shooting practise on basketball. The net target is movable.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Quadamar at 10/15 minute drive. Other beaches available at Santa Pola at around 20 minutes. All these beaches have lifeguards in the Summer months. All the areas have water sport facilities, white sand with restaurants alongside.
Golf
There are 5 golf courses around the area. The nearest is La Finca in Algorfa at a 5 minute drive away. There are 3 local markets in different towns on certain times of the week. There is a wide range of restaurants in the 2 towns around the villa. The nearest supermarket is under 1 mile and there are several choices. The nearest beach is Quadamar at 10/15 minutes drive. The airport is 22 miles at Alicante and takes 20/30 minutes.
Special interest holidays
There are facilities for mountain climbing in the area, walking, horse riding and cycling and golf, albeit the equipment is not available with the rental. There is a full size badminton court and games room.
Travel
The property is situated between Alicante and Murcia airports. The driving time is a approximately 30 minutes from either airport. The nearest sea port is Alicante. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the area, but it is not essential. Walking distance to the nearest town is 10 minutes or 1 mile.
Distances
The nearest town is Dolores at 1 mile, it has all you will need. There is a Moors and Christians church in the middle, town square with outside theatre (occassionally) fiestas, banks, restaurants, casino, discos and market. Easy access to all areas on the Costa Blanca on all points of the compass (you will need a car for that).
Further details
A games room is available with not extra cost. This includes pool, darts, table tennis board games. A badminton court to full size will also be created this Winter.

The booking conditions:
Pay the deposit of 25% within 7 days of booking which is not refundable. Balance within 8 weeks of travel. Take out personal insurance for all those travelling. £250 breakage deposit which is returnable.
