The villa is detached with its own 10 x 5m swimming pool with inset built-in Jacuzzi. It is on a corner plot of 600sq.m. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious lounge and conservatory with balcony overlooking the pool. The villa also has the benefit of ducted air conditioning which feeds every bedroom and the lounge. On the roof is a large solarium with a conservatory with hot tub / Jacuzzi in it. The solarium has sea views too. The villa is situated 20 mins from Murcia airport and 45 mins from Alicante airport. Both are easy accessible by motorway. The villa has digital English TV and numerous radio channels. The local supermarket is 5 mins drive from the villa.

Changeover day
Flexible during off peak months. Saturday - Saturday is preferred during the main holiday season. Departing guests must vacate the property by 10am to allow cleaning of the villa. Arriving guests can arrive at the villa from 2pm.

Airport pick-ups can be arranged at very reasonable prices.

15 minutes drive to the main town of Torrevieja.

5 mins drive to the local supermarket, banks and restaurants. 5 mins walk to Villamartin Plaza where there are numerous restaurants and bars with family entertainment.
Local taxi pick up point is right opposite the villa. Local bus route goes right by the taxi point aswell.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking (Non Refundable).Final balance to be paid 8 weeks before travelling. £200 security deposit refundable for breakages/damage required To Be Paid In Before Your Arrival. Which will be returned within 14 days after the villa has been inspected. An additional 80 euros is required extra for cleaning the villa.

Just to say a huge thankyou for letting out your beautiful villa to us for our summer holiday. We have all had a fabulous time. We particuarly enjoyed our family days round the pool, lazing and playing in the sun!!! The children also had lots of fun on the roof top terrace with the pool table and hot tub!!!
