| Bedrooms: | 9 bedrooms. Can all be arranged to suit your party, with options of 6 doubles and 3 twins, or 8 doubles and 1 twin, the rooms can sleep up to 18 persons very comfortably or up to 24 persons, with the option of adding further beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The house boasts many luxurious amenities, to the rear of the property we have, a large private and enclosed garden area, which is host to a huge fresh water 15m x 7m private swimming pool, with integral children’s pool, complete with diving board. |
| Kitchen: | The house also has full kitchen, with all amenities, including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and fresh fruit juicer and also of course, large fridge freezer. To the lounge there is a large screen television, with English satellite TV. |
| Living Rooms: | The house would also be perfect for specialist holidays, or large same sex groups, it is the ideal location for that hen or stag party getaway, or the perfect golfing group holiday, the owner would welcome all groups. |
Travel
Calpe and its surrounding area are filled with wonders for all age ranges and tastes, Calpe with its cultural status offers fine arts within dozens of art galleries, antiques galore, and tiny craft shops with hand made goods filling the shelves. For the sporty there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more all just a few kilometres away. For the younger end we have the attractions of Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park, and Terramitica theme park.
Distances
The two churches of Calpe are certainly worth a visit. Close to each other the Iglesia Antigua and the church Senora de las Nieves are both located in the centre of Calpe. Build in the 15th century the old church had been recondition many time over the past centuries, as the city had been attacked by pirates many times. Calpe's archaeological museum can be found just opposite at the plaza de la villa shows various findings of the 4th until the 8th century. Alongside you find ruins of the Romans.
Further details
Calpe's two main beaches the Cantal Roig and the Playa Arenal are widely known for its fine sand. Together with the other two beaches, La Fossa and the Bay of Gasparet which also belongs to the city, Calpe offers many kilometers of excellent swimming and surfing possibilities, also for the golfers Calpe offers its own course, alongside the best courses on this stretch of coast.
Calpe is a town of a near perfect combination of romantic village together with sun and beach. In between Altea to the south and Javea to the north, Calpe with its about 13000 habitants is known for its rock called the Penon de Ifach. This massive rock has been inspiring people from everywhere to come and enjoy the nearly perfect view around the bays and the Costa Blanca.
