The main area of the lounge benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. There are also 3 fan heaters and 2 upright fans. Apartment is very child friendly - very little traffic outside.

Apartment is all on one level. Easy access - just two steps down to gain access.

Terrace has a selection of patio funiture including a table for 4 and 3 sun loungers. Stunning large split level infinity pool and bar for exclusive use of Montecala residents/guests just across the road - access via keyed gate.

Moraig Beach, one of the most secretive and secluded beaches in Spain, is just 5 minutes drive away. The wonderful beaches of Moraira, Calpe and Javea are less then 15 minutes drive.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia are both just over an hour's drive away. Murcia is 90 minutes drive away. Car hire is cheap and readily available between all 3 airports.

Lirios Commercial Centre with bars, restaurants, banks and a few shops is 20 minutes walk away. Moraira is 10 minutes drive, Calpe and Javea are 15 minutes drive away. Benidorm is 40 minutes drive.
