The villa is fully furnished with all utensils and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and microwave (not that you’ll be doing much cooking inside as the villa has an external purpose built BBQ). The villa has 3 double bedrooms plus a pull out double bed settee in the lounge. The villa complex is managed on site and so bedding and key service is available plus the site manager will be happy to help you with any questions that you may have. The complex is located 800m from the sea where you will find 3 fantastic beaches of fine sand and clear water. At the nearest beach is a rock pool about 5m out which makes it ideal for snorkling and looking at the local sea life. Along the sea front there are a number of restaurants (mainly Spanish or German) plus in mid and high season all of the beaches have there own beach bars selling drinks, snack and most importantly of all tapas. Miami Playa is a small commercial Spanish town with a main street (N340).

Notes on prices
Prices are for the villa and not per person. Rental is from Saturday to Saturday during peak season (June to October).
Holidays are paid via personal cheque to the owner in the UK and full payment must be received four weeks prior to your arrival date. Longer lets can be negotiated... just mail me for a price.
Changeover day
In high season (May to September) I can only take bookings from Saturday to Saturday, outside of these dates then let me know when you want to go.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is a double with built-in wardrobes, en-suite and balcony which overlooks the pool and gardens. Bedroom 2 is a twin with built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 is a twin with built- in wardrobes and overlooks the mountains. Sofa bed in the lounge. |
| Bathrooms: | One family bathroom with 2 basin's, a bath and a shower. En-suite with shower to bedroom 1. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, cooker, extractor, large fridge/freezer and all utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine is located in the large family bathroom. |
| Living Rooms: | Double sofa with table, 22" TV with satellite (currently German). The inside of the villa is light coloured marble and tiles. |
| Other: | Large entrance hall with downstairs (guest bathroom). The villa has 2 large balconies one upstairs off the master bedroom and one down stairs which leads onto the garden and large separate patio. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedding can be hired at the complex. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival. |

Outside
Gardens to three sides of the villa. The back garden laid to grass with a defined patio area for eating (this is separate to the main patio). The garden backs directly onto the complex gardens and pool.
Coast/Beach
The main beaches are made of soft clean sand and can be found 800m from the villa. Nearby Hospitalet and Cambrils also provide excellent clean safe beaches which are never crowded (the beach shot on this web site was taken in Hospitalet on 21st June). The sea is crystal clear and my children love to snorkel to see the local sea life.
Golf
Costa Dorada's premier golf course 'Bon Mont' is 5 mins drive from the villa.
Travel
Reus airport is 25 mins drive. Barcelona is 1 hour 20 mins drive. Gerona is 2 hours drive.
Distances
Within the main high street in Miami Playa you will find a mix of bars and restaurants. Miami Playa is geared towards families and so there are no British pubs or night clubs etc.
