Escuela La Crujia is a rural schoolhouse that has been converted into a comfortable guest house/B&B, set in a beautiful and very peaceful rural setting, just 10 minutes from the coast at Torre del Mar and just 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Like a small hotel, this guest house has three rooms, and each room has its own entrance and terrace area, and guests are welcome to use and enjoy both the school hall lounge and the gardens, with its outdoor pool, pingpong table and a fabulous trampoline for the kids! We also welcome animals.

Beautiful, maturing gardens and mandarine trees, with an 8 x 4m open air pool which is available all year round, 24 hours a day. BBQ area, pingpong table, kids trampoline.

Coast/Beach
Escuela La Crujia is just 10 minutes from the very busy and lively Spanish town of Torre del Mar on the coast, offering several Kms of sandy beach, promenade and plenty of beach bars and restaurants. A short drive away (20 mins) is the popular holiday town of Nerja and just beyond the wonders of the Maro cliffs and its caves and hidden coves, just waiting to be discovered.

Golf
10 mins from Baviera Golf Club, on the coast at Caleta de Vélez.

Skiing
1.5 hrs from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

Travel
We are just 30 minutes from Malaga airport, and 1 hour from Granada airport.

Distances
The historic Moorish town of Vélez-Málaga is just 3 Kms away, offering plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, and a myriad of narrow streets and orange tree squares to explore! 5 minutes inland, walk the shores of the spectacular Lake Viñuela, and explore the many whitewashed villages and mountain trails nearby.

Further details
Just 5 minutes away, enjoy the fabulous 250-shop shopping centre and cinema complex (matinee sessions are often in English). Also just a few minutes away is the AcuaVelis aqua park, open all Summer, and Baviera Golf is just a short drive along the coast.
