This lovely, secure quiet 1st floor apartment, with terrace, shared swimming pool and roof top solarium is in a superb location in the heart of Guardamar del Segura. Guardamar is situated between Alicante and Murcia airports, approx. 30 mins drive to both. Guardamar is a delightful Spanish coastal town with a wide selection of restaurants with varied cuisines, shops, bars and supermarkets plus a weekly Wednesday street market. A wide tree-lined avenue runs from the centre of town to the beach and sand dunes bordered by aromatic pinewoods and protected parkland. Only 7 minutes walk from the apartment is an exceptionally wide, blue flag sandy beach boasting watersports and a car-free promenade. Very safe for children with lifeguards and flag system for bathing. Great access to local transport. No car necessary but easy parking if required.

‘Redwood’ apartment is an ideal base to explore this lovely part of Spain from Benidorm in the North to the Mar Menor and La Manga in the south. Car hire is available at very reasonable rates but if preferred Guardamar is served by a regular and extensive bus service. Most interests are catered for ranging from golf (four championship courses)to 2 aqua parks, excellent bird watching opportunities and Spain’s first real theme park Terramitica.

A deposit of £80 is required to reserve your booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Christmas, Easter and long lets negotiable.
