The apartment has a child friendly communal swimming pool set in landscape gardens and a fully gated and secure complex. A quiet location yet minutes walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Ideally located for a family beach holiday or for the golfer as there are 3 championship golf courses within 5 minutes drive.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible depending on prior bookings. Arrival times and keys available from 3.30pm and the apartment must be vacated by 11.30am.

Linen and towels included. Cleaning on departure but can be arranged during your stay. A 45 euro non-returnable key deposit is required upon arrival and is used for cleaning the apartment on departing for up to 4 persons, additional persons 5 euros each. |
Notes on accommodation
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, there is also a fan heater. Being a ground floor apartment it is very suitable for children and is very secure. This is a strictly no-smoking apartment. For the family with babies / small chidlren there is a travel cot and full size pushchair.

Torrevieja is about a 15 mins drive and there are banks, shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets within minutes walk.
There is a large Saturday market within 10 mins walk.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per bookingis required at the time of booking, once we have received and cleared your deposit we will send you a receipt and confirmation.
Th balance is to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a £100 deposit for breakages and damage etc. This will be refunded a few days after your holiday on inspection of the property.
If your booking is less than 8 weeks before departure then please send the total amount at the time of booking.

About the owner
Colin and Linda live in the UK and bought this property off plan 2 years before the estate was built being one of the first couples to move onto the estate. We have furnished the apartment and look after the apartment in a way we would expect to find it ourselves, to a high standard. We enjoy our times here as the estate is quiet and friendly yet close to restaurants, bars and entertainment.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We purchased in this area because we found the people to be very friendly and not very commercialised, although with plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment there are no high rise hotels and we consider the area to be Spanish Spain not commercialised Spain.
