A new tastefully furnished apartment within 15 mins walk of the marina area of Puerto Banus and all its bars, restaurants and shops. Its location is peaceful but central with local bars, shops, restaurants and the infamous Banus Saturday market within 500m. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has great views to the pool and La Concha mountain. It is fully furnished including all bed linen and towels for use within the apartment and has air/con both hot and cold. There is a parking space in the underground garage should you need it but due to its location a car is not necessary. The nearest airport is Malaga which is about 40 mins drive (transfers can be arranged at £ if required). The bedrooms each have a full bathroom and just off the kitchen is a utility area so you can dry off your shorts after a swim. Sorry no pets but considerate smokers welcome. This is a very spacious apartment with plenty of storage and is very light and bright it is perfect for families or couples.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Discounts available for long term lets prices from £700 per month. Balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation charges apply and initial deposits are none refundable, please enquire for furher details.
Refundable £100 breakage deposit to be paid with deposit, refunded within a month of holiday. Flexible changeover dates.
Changeover day
Flexible arrival and departure dates. Check out is usually by 10 am, check in 5pm (to allow for cleaning) however if i do not have a booking on these days early arrival/late departure will be accommodated.

One twin bedded room and one double. Both have en-suite bathrooms & are at seperate ends of the apartment, great for privacy. The rooms have built in wardrobes & a/c. There is space in both rooms for extra beds or a cot if required. |

Two full en-suite bathrooms with power shower, bath, bidet, basin and storage. Both have shaving points and fully lit vanity units with mirror. |

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & dishwasher. Everything is included down to cutlery, crockery, serving dishes and pots and pans! |

Off the kitchen, this can be used as a storage area or clothes drying area. |

A large lounge/diner. It has a TV, Satellite TV from the community dish & DVD player/music player. There is a large 3 seater & 2 seater sofa & a dining table seating 6 looking out onto the patio. The room has a/c hot & cold & welcome book for guests. |

Accessibility
The property is on the first floor accessed by a flight of stairs. There are lifts within the complex to go to different levels i.e. from garage to garden level but the apartments themselves as they are not high rise do not have lifts. The apartment is very close to the garage and all floor surfaces are level.
Outside
The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs & parasol and sun lounger.
It is a very sunny terrace and overlooks the only heated pool on the complex, this is a shared pool but there are two others on the complex so it does not get crowded. The complex has amazing gardens with a fountain, rockeries & flowers in abundance.
Coast/Beach
It is approximately 1 mile to the centre of Puerto Banus and the main beach there. the beach stretches for miles so access can be gained nearer to the apartment. The beach is sandy & gently sloping into the sea which is generally calm. There is a lifeguard on the beach, a childrens play area, restaurants, bars, watersports & sunbeds.
Golf
The apartment is situated in Golf Valley there are 3 fantastic golf courses on the doorstep! The courses are Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Las Brisas.The courses are well maintained award winning and with the fantastic apres golf facilities as well you are on a winner. Skiing
The apartment is within an 90 mins of Granada and the fabulous skiing there.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga and it is approximately 40 minutes drive. Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is very central and transfers to the apartment can be arranged, payable locally, prices quoted at time of enquiry. The bus service from the airport will also take you to the complex or taxi's are available outside the arrival hall.
Distances
You are in the centre of Neuva Andalucia, Puerto Banus is a 10 minute walk or you can take a bus into Marbella which will take less then ten minutes. Within an hour is Gibralter for your tax free goods or Ronda to explore the cobbled streets and great architecture. There is also a seaworld centre nearby & a cable car ride to take you to dizzy heights.
Further details
There is a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurant(s), take away, dry cleaners, shop(s) & deli within 2 minutes walk. Also the amazing Saturday Puerto Banus market for clothes, jewellery etc is within 4 minutes walk or a little further afield is the San Pedro market where the locals go for great fresh fruit, veg, flowers etc.

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required when booking this will secure the dates for you. Full payment is required 8 weeks before travel. Please email me with the dates you require & i will get confirm availability and bank details for the deposit and (refundable) breakage deposit of £100.
