The main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens onto the pool terrace and is separated from the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom by the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern with fridge/freezer/dishwasher/hob etc. There is a washing machine and iron in the utility room. Notes on accommodation
The villa is an ideal family holiday property as it is very close to the beach, the town and the golf and tennis facilities in Oliva. It is in a tranquil location in the Orange Groves near the beach and has very few steps and is all on one level with a beautiful mature garden and paved terraces so ideal for children and elderly alike.

Huge barbecue and barbecue terrace area. Second terrace (with electronic blinds) from glass sliding doors of the villa with 2 Dining tables, large private pool, 10m x 4m. Mature, completely private garden with palm trees, grapefruit and lemon trees, grass area. Views of the mountains and orange groves.
Coast/Beach
Oliva beach is one of the many blue flag beaches in the area. The beaches are generally backed by dunes and unspoilt. The sand stretches as far as the eye can see and access is unrestricted. The area around Oliva remains largely unspoilt by large scale foreign tourism. However, if you wish to sample the tourist attractions of the Costa Blanca, Benidorm can be reached in just over 30 minutes by car where there is the largest water park in the district and other major attractions.
Golf
The Oliva Nova is a famous golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros is less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. Denia and the La Sella golf course is a 20 minute drive to the south on the motorway.
Travel
Valencia airport 30 minutes on toll road. Alicante 50 minutes drive. Denia port 20 minutes drive. Oliva marina 5 minutes drive. Tennis Club and Golf course 5 minutes drive. Beach and Oliva town both 2 minutes drive or 10 minute walk. Car recommended, private parking at the villa.
Distances
The villa is situated behind the typically Spanish town of Oliva at the southern end of the Costa del Azahar and it is reached by a very short 2-3 minute drive through the orange groves. The town provides ample shopping facilities including numerous bars and restaurants. There is also a weekly market which is held on Fridays.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit (non refundable) will secure the booking. Final payment should be made 8 weeks before the holiday start date. During the peak period covering July and August the change over day will normally be Saturday but outside this period we can be more flexible.
