These delightful 2 bedroom apartments are part of a new refurbishment of an old Spanish bar/restaurant. Situated at the foothills of the Alpujarras and Sierra Nevada, with the beach in front, it offers a splendid opportunity to enjoy some of the delights of rural Spain. For those who enjoy walking, painting and photography it supplies some wonderful views. If you don't want to swim in the 12m x 6m pool the beach is a 2 minute walk. We are perfectly situated for those who enjoy golf with 3 splendid courses all within 30 mins drive. For skiers the resort of Sierra Nevada is a 90 minute drive.

Bedroom 1. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside cabinet. Bedroom 2. 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside cabinet. Also available at extra cost is a single bed/cot. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, handbasin and wc. Gas oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and ironing facilities plus all other kitchen requirements available. Washing machine and drying facilities are shared by both apartments. Furnished with 2 double sofas, TV & DVD player, dining table and chairs. DVD's are available. |

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is suitable for younger children but we would suggest that they are accompanied at all times especially on and around the swimming pool area.
A welcome pack is included.
Baby sitting available on request.
All towels and linen are supplied, with a change of bedding twice weekly. Extra towels for pool and beach available.
Outside
A shared courtyard offers an extension to the apartments with table and chairs, it is a sunny place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee.
A large rustic garden surrounds the 12m x 6m pool. The pool area is tiled and includes a brick barbecue. Sunloungers, umbrellas and chairs are supplied.
Coast/Beach
The beach nearest to the Apartments is only 2 minutes walk.
Also close by is the popular fishing Port of Adra with over 3kms of beach. A car is essential.
Golf
18-hole golf courses are available in Almerimar, Enix and Roquetas de Mar. They are all within a 30 minute drive.
Skiing
The resort of Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Adra. There are 80kms of piste and 23 lifts. Slopes are ideal for the novice to experienced. Equipment is available for hire in the village. Season is December to end of April.
Travel
Almeria is the closest at 40 mins drive.
Granada, Murcia and Malaga are also options but are a further distance.
A car is essential.
Distances
The Alhambra Palace in Granada is a must for those that enjoy an historical excursion.
The Caves in Nerja and Sorbas are also worth visiting.
Further details
Adra has a wide selection of banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants that are 5 mins by car.
The popular marina at Almerimar has a large selection of bars and restaurants, 20 mins by car.

A 20% deposit will be payable on confirmation of booking.
Remainder to be paid one month prior to arrival
A refundable security deposit of £100.00 will be payable on arrival.
