There are several other high quality golf courses that are located only a few minutes away by car. 10 minutes drive from beach and a short drive from the beautiful village of Mijas which nestles on a hillside with magnificent views. Fuengirola with its many shops and excellent beaches is only 10 minutes drive away. There is an excellent selection of restaurants and bars in the area as well as shops, banks and supermarkets just a short drive from the apartment.

Prices include air conditioning/heating as well as all necessary linen. Deposit of 25% required on booking, balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure.
Changeover day
Saturday is the normal change over day but consideration will be given to any alternative requests.

Towels and linen are included and are changed on a weekly basis. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly between lettings. Beach towels are not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned or heated. The apartment is well furnished and fully equipped throughout and is in a excellent location. It is located on the third floor overlooking a swimming pool and gardens. From a safety point of view we consider that the apartment is unsuitable for young children.
Smoking not allowed within the apartment.
Sorry no pets.
Outside
The apartment is in a secure location with CCTV and a lift to all floors. There is underground car parking available if required.
Coast/Beach
There are many excellent beaches available in the area with the nearest being only 10 minutes drive away.
Golf
Mijas Golf with its two 18-hole golf courses are within walking distance. There are several other high quality golf courses that are located only a few minutes drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga which is only 25 minutes drive away. Car hire would be recommended, this can be arranged via many car hire rental companies at competitive prices with collection at the airport on arrival.
Distances
The beautiful village of Mijas nestles on a hillside with magnificent views and is just a short drive away. Fuengirola with its many shops and excellent beaches is only 10 minutes drive away. Benalmadena is approxmately 20 minutes by car with its many attractions. Marbella with its superb selection of high quality shops and restaurants is only 20 minutes drive away and the beautiful port of Puerto Banus with its many bars and restaurants is only 25 minutes drive away.
