Finca Florini is 150 years old. It is situated in the landscape of Benissa, only 10 minutes walking to the centre. The beaches of Benissa and Calpe are only 10 minutes driving.

In the living/dining area is a sofa and a dinner table.
In the winter period the wood burner can be used. There is a kitchenette with 2 cooking plates and a fridge and it is fully equipped for 4 persons. The first bedroom is downstairs and has 1 double bed. Upstairs there is the second bedroom with two separate beds. The bathroom with shower and toilet are situated at the second floor.

The apartment is situated in the left side of the house and has an individual entrance.
Towels and bed linen are included.

Outside
In the garden are a lot of different fruit trees and lots of flowers. From several terraces you can enjoy the sun and use the swimming pool. On request the pool can be heated during the winter period.

The distance to Alicante airport: 75 km.
The distance to Valencia airport: 100 km.

Moraira: 7-10 minutes driven.
