Notes on accommodation
Central heating for winter lets. Air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own TV with Sky freeview (each room can watch individual channels). Although the dining terrace is gated offering locked access down to the pool and garden area please be aware that there are steps from the garden lead directly to 15 metres of jetty access/water frontage. Children and non swimmers must be observed at all times in the garden and pool area.
Accessibility
The villa has 2 steps leading up to the front door, and 4 steps leading down to the pool. Once inside the house there is a large downstairs bedroom with large en-suite and spacious outside terrace with dining facilities, all on one level. The internal doorways to the bedroom and kitchen are 70cm wide.
Outside
Private pool (8x4m) for sole use of guests, pool heating included April - Oct. Large sunny patio, plus large covered patio, both with garden furniture and sun beds. Upper private terrace off master bedroom. Luxury Weber BBQ. Fully enclosed, gated property with private parking for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful long sandy beach within a few mins drive or gentle stroll, full range of facilities at the beach including bars, restaurants, pedalo's etc.
Golf
There are several golf courses within 30 minutes drive of the villa, Perelada being the closest at 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Cheap flights from most UK (and Dublin) airports with Ryanair to Girona. 40 min transfer. Perpignan airport 50 mins. Barcelona 2 hours 30 mins. Car hire not essential. Airport transfers available if required.
Booking notes
25% deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £500 damage deposit is payable with the balance payment, it is fully refundable if the house is left as it is found on arrival with no damage or breakages etc. Advance payment may be required for heating costs Nov - Feb.
