This new villa is located in the centre of Empuriabrava, Europe's largest residential marina. The place is ideal for summer holidays, it is one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava. Perfect facilities for all types of activities including horse riding and parachuting. And we have bicycles! There are many places of interest nearby, from ancient ruins at Empuries to Salvador Dali's museums in nearby Cadaques and Figueres. Terrific views on Cap de Creus Peninsula (10km away), monasteries and medieval towns. You won't regret going on further to Girona or Perpignan in France, both are just 45 minutes away.

Preferred changeover day in June to August is Saturday but we can be flexible if it is possible.

The villa is equipped with fully automated heating and hot water. 2 largest bedrooms (1 and 2) are air conditioned.

The wide sandy beach of Empuriabrava is within 10 minutes walk. The beach has been awarded a Blue Flag by the EU.

Skiing resorts in Pyrenees are within 2 hours drive.
Travel
The nearest airports are Girona (60 km) and Perpignan (75 km). Barcelona's International airport is ~160 km away. It is also possible to arrive by train to Perpignan (TGV) or Figueres and then rent a car or take a taxi. Having a car is nice for travelling around, although everything is accessible by walk within the town.

Empuriabrava has many attractions - it has one of the best beaches on Costa Brava, it borders Natural Parks of Aiguamolls d'Emporda and Cap de Creus. Here you may find anything you want for your vacations - from rich history to modern entertainment and numerous activities such as skydiving, horseback riding, kiting and windsurfing. It is also a great place to start if you are interested in exploring numerous landmarks in the area - Salvador Dali museums, places of interest in Castello d'Empuries, Figueres, Cadaques, Natural parks and volcanic La Garrotxa region. Barcelona is just 1.5 hours away.
Unique benefits of the property
Empuriabrava is a unique place and the villa is located in one of the best places within the town - Sector Requesens. It is a beautiful area which is quite close to the beach, city center, shops, good restaurants and very calm at the same time. We provide a couple of bicycles for our guests for free, so you may explore the area and reach any place within the town in no time.
