Villa Estrella is situated on an excellent estate, a 5 minute drive, or 30 minutes walk to the beach and the resort of Estartit. It has a lovely private garden and terrace and backs onto open countryside. The property offers 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 en suite, plus a third master bathroom. There are excellent countryside walks directly from the property and the garden is visited by a wide variety of birds, the owner is a RSPB member and keen walker. A car would be useful but not essential.

Travel
Girona Airport is nearest approx 45 mins drive, Barcelona is 1 1/2hrs drive, and Perpignan in France is approx 1 1/4hrs drive from Estartit. Airport transfers can be arranged. Car is recommended but not essential.
Distances
Estartit is approx 5 mins drive, place of interest include medieval villages such as Pals, Peritallada, Ullastret and centres of culture such as Dali Museum in Figures (lovely town or the Roman ruins at Empuries.
Further details
Nearest supermarket is approx. 15 mins walk. Banks etc are in the centre of Estartit, plenty of cash points. Nearest restaurant is 10 mins walk, further excellent restaurants in Estartit town. Leisure activities in height of season include banana boats, pedalos, canoes etc. Diving centres, trips on glass boat, plus great cycling and walking.
