The villa was constructed in 2003 to the highest quality and is beautifully furnished and air conditioned throughout. The main living accommodation is on the 'first floor' and includes large lounge/diner, kitchen and 2 double bedrooms. The third bedroom that includes an en suite bathroom is self contained and at pool level. The large balcony overlooks the pool and garden and gives stunning views of Montgo. The garden is over 800m² and is secluded, peaceful and private. There is a local restaurant that has tennis and swimming facilities and is a 5 minute walk. The bustle of Denia port, it's historic castle, shopping, entertainment and its beaches is a 5 minute drive.

| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom features a large shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, vanity unit and heating. There is an additional toilet with washbasin and vanity unit on this level. Bedroom 3 features an en suite bathroom with shower, wc and basin. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is a fully fitted 'American' style kitchen and includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob etc. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge diner has TV (no satellite), DVD/video player, PS1 with french doors to the large balcony overlooking the pool and views of Montgo for al fresco dining. This large 'airy' room incorporates the dining area and a sofa bed for 'extra' guests. |

Outside
The large balcony reached through French doors from the lounge is ideal for cocktails and dining with steps down to the kidney shaped private pool, 6 x 8m. The barbecue on the same level as the pool has a small terrace and surrounding lawn.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Denia are just over 5 minutes drive and Javea beach can be reached with a scenic drive over the Montgo mountain route. Both have been awarded the prestigious "Blue Flag" award for cleanliness and safety.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses within the area, Oliva Nova, La Sella, Javea, all of which are in easy reach.
Travel
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are an hours drive away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Denia is 5 minutes drive. The bustling port features regular sailings to the Balearic islands and excursions with glass bottomed boats etc. Javea and Moraira are a 15 minute drive to the South of Denia.
Further details
Denia with its historic castle has an excellent selection of supermarkets and shops together with many restaurants, bars and cafes. Denia is not only a summer destination but is open all year round as it is a traditional Spanish working port. The Jalon and Orba valleys are close by with their charming villages surrounded by almond and orange groves. A 45 minute drive South on the Autovia will get you to Benidorm and the Aqualandia water theme park, Mundomar sea world park and Terra Mitica theme park that provide a great family day out.
