Just 3 minutes walk from the beach and many very fine restaurants and bars. It is in a rural position, not overlooked in any way with fantastic views in all directions. CasaClara is detached on a half acre site and consists of the main villa (4 bedrooms) with an adjacent self contained 1 bedroom bungalow, they are not let separately. The lounge faces the road and open land, it is L-shaped, a lot of glass with large sliding windows at every angle. A large cream marble fireplace with an inset convector heated, wood burning, glass door, stove that provides background heating for the whole house in winter. Two of the 4 bedrooms have patio doors leading to the pool area. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and shower. A 2nd and 3rd bedroom is also on the ground floor, as is the kitchen and the floor to ceiling patio, door to sun lounge which also leads to the pool area. The 4th bedroom is the only upstairs room. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. Aigua Blanca beach. Dunes and Mediterranean vegetation shape the characteristic image of this semi-urban beach of fine sand and clean water, being almost 3km long and reaching El Riuet dels Gorgs. Pau-Pi. More than 1km of open fine sandy beach located in a residential urban environment. It has 2 stretches of beach adapted with all necessary services for people with reduced mobility.

Every type of water sport from dingy sailing to wind surfing is located within a 3 minute walk from CasaClara.
Travel
At a distance of 75km from Valencia Airport and 100km from Alicante Airport, Oliva is connected to France through Highway A7 (Exit 61). The Highway continues to the towns of: Denia, Altea Benidorm and Alicante. One can also travel to Gandia and Denia on the train. Casa Clara is located within 3 mins walk of some of the finest beaches in Spain. All the beaches are very safe and patrolled by life guards. The village of Oliva beach is approx 300m away and features many fine restaurants for ever.

For children, SafariWorld is just 12km away and in the Benidorm area, 50km away, are TeraMitica (huge theme park), AquaLandia (water theme park), TeraNatural (pools, nature reserve, zoo) and many more all day activities.
Booking notes
25% is due to secure the booking, with the balance and £250 damage deposit due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If the holiday is less than 8 weeks away, the full amount and the damage deposit is due immediately. Long winter lets will be considered at £1000 per month. Payments accepted.
