Arrival 2pm departure, 12 noon. These times are flexible to cater for flight departures. Luggage can be stored if necessary.

Private residents swimming pool approximately 7 x 14 metres situated in gardens magnificent views overlooking the sea.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are similar to Cornish coast with a mixture of small coves and long sandy stretches. All beaches have feet washing facilities, toilet access and are generally themed. With areas designated for the more active ie volley ball, aerobics. Other beaches catering for children with safe play areas and finally beaches for the not so young and handicapped with facilities for taking wheelchairs to the sea's edge.

Several golf courses in easy distance the nearest being 15 kms.
Special interest holidays
Theme and water parks of Benidorm 90 minutes drive. Murcia and Torrevieja water parks 30 minutes drive.
Travel
The area is served by Murcia airport (San Javier) and Alicante. Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate the area. However, most restaurants, beaches and entertainment are within easy walking distances. The bus station is nearby for the more adventurous to take you to other areas of Spain.

We didn't book long enough can't wait to come back, thoroughly enjoyable place to stay and plenty of things to do even if you don't have a car. The new marina is a relaxing area to sip a coffee, have a meal, or go on the many boat trips available. Or for the more adventurous, try the diving school !

I lived in the south of England with my 3 children for many years, commuting to London as a Public Affairs and Marketing advisor. I have been living here in Puerto de Mazarron area in Spain for many years now an area which I love.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We all love Puerto De Mazarron because of the fantastic laid back lifestyle of the area. The Spanish echo our feelings as they migrate from the hot Spanish cities in July and August to Puerto de Mazarron where many of them own their holiday homes. There are many beautiful beaches, mostly all blue flag accredited and the new marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible for both Alicante and San Javier airports both less than an hours drive away. Unique benefits of the property
The property is just two minutes walk from the fabulous beaches. The apartment is fully equipped with sheets, towels, TV, oven with hob, washing machine in fact a "home from home". We provide beach towels so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. The bus station is nearby for the more adventurous who want to explore other areas in Spain. A car is not necessary as all the facilities of Puerto de Mazarron area ie restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and banks are all within an easy stroll. For golfers no less than 13 golf courses in the area but bring your handicap certificate with you if you want to play! The beaches are many to choose from. Those suitable for small children (playa enfants) and those who want more active areas for play (playa deportivo).
