Located on a hill 50m to the beach. The villa and its garden which include the 20m x 8m pool and a racquetball field. The property is 40 minutes drive from Barcelona’s downtown, between the villages of Sant Pol and Canet de Mar. On the ground floor of the main house there is a large dining room, a daily dining room and a living room with TV, CD, video, broadband internet access and sofas. Large terrace accessible from all the rooms. On the same floor there is a toilet and a large kitchen full equipped. On the first floor there are 5 double rooms each one with en-suite bathroom with bath and a twin room. All rooms with terrace. The pool house, just at the other end of the gardens, has 2 suites with ensuite-bathroom a large kitchen and living room and a terrace with generous views to the sea.

| Other: | For a little extra the pool house is also available providing 2 extra suites with bathroom, kitchen and a large lounge. Very recommendable. |

2 hours daily maid service is provided for room cleaning. Towels and linen are changed twice a week. Extra hours are available at request. |
