This apartment has 2 lifts on each side of the block and is therefore good for wheelchair users to access the apartment. The main hall area of the block has wide access too.
Outside
The main large 35sq.m terrace has a lovely table and 6 chairs to enjoy the sun together with 2 sun-loungers. The apartment also enjoys a second but smaller balcony and overlooks the mountains. The communal pool is a good size (open Easter to October).
Coast/Beach
5-10 minutes stroll to the Marina and beaches.
Golf
10 minutes from the world famous Torrequebrada Gold Course.
Travel
Benalmadena is roughly 10-15 minutes drive to Malaga airport.
Distances
Torremolinos and Fuengirola are 5 minutes in the car/bus,
Marbella and Puerto Banus 20 minues and Gibraltar 1 hour.
Further details
There are buses that run to Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo and Mijas at the bottom of the road and run every 15 minutes.

No more than 6 people are to reside in the apartment. We will require a Sterling (GBP) 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. Balance due 6 weeks before holiday together with the refundable damages deposit: £150. Please contact owner.
