All prices include the final cleaning charge. Long term lets of 4 weeks or more at discounted rates of 15%.
Changeover day
The change over day is flexible, however the premises are to be vacated by 11am. New guests can enter the premises from 3pm.

There are 2 portable heaters (1 gas bottle, 1 electric) for cooler weather. No smoking in lounge or bedrooms. Pets are allowed at owners' discretion.

Outside
Balcony at rear of property provides outside sink for rinsing and lines for drying (clothes/towels). South facing terrace consisting of patio table and chairs, lounger. Box of beach accessories (toys). Private parking to front of property.
Coast/Beach
Local beach is 0.01km walk,includes volleyball nets, beach bars, sand dunes. To the left water sports are available in the summer months. To the right you can walk along the beach for 4km into Denia.
Golf
The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Within 25minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
Travel
Airport: Alicante 112 km Railway: Denia 1.5 km Ferry: Denia 1.5 km Beach: Denia 0.1 km Car hire is recommended (which can be arranged in Alicante Airport or in the center of Denia).
Distances
The terrain of the Montgo and Jalon valleys provide the perfect environment for mountain biking and walking. The stunning waterfalls at the Fonts d'Algar are a 30 minute drive from the apartment. The area also has a superb camp site and several restaurants and cafes. Valencia is 1 hour away by car or an hour and half by train from Gandia (30 minutes from the apartment). Enjoy a day of shopping around the variety of markets and boutiques or simply spend the day exploring the city and its museums.
Further details
Restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. There is a regular bus service which goes into the center of Denia and Oliva, the nearest bus stop is a short walk up the road (About 0.2km). The loacal banks are in Denia's center. Places of interest: Benidorm is a 40 mins drive. Valencia is an hour away. The National Park is about a 15 mins drive.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required upon initial booking (this is non-refundable). Remainder of payment is required 6 week before the rental period begins. There is a £100 refundable security deposit (all breakages will be taken out of this deposit). Payment by cheque only.
