A very well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. This is our holiday home and as such is furnished to a high standard with all you will need for a restful and enjoyable holiday. In a quiet location 5 minutes flat walk from the 5 star hotel and resort centre.
Spend time relaxing in the patio garden or in our private pool with roman steps. In the early evening soak up the sun on the roof terrace, chill out with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds plus the cleaning/laundry is additional £80. Discounts apply for early bookings and longer rentals. Please contact regarding shorter bookings, ie. long weekends and golfing breaks.

Standard Arrival Time is 4pm.
Standard Departure time is 12 noon . This is to allow the cleaners to prepare the villa for the next guests during busy periods.

| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed. There are 2 large wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets. It has air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a bedside cabinet, 1 large wardrobe and is air conditioned. |
| Bathrooms: | The en suite bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, bidet and vanity unit. The other is a good sized shower room with toilet and sink. |

Notes on accommodation
Both bedrooms and the lounge are air conditioned. The property has central heating. It is strickly a non smoking villa.
Pets are not allowed. We have some board games in the lounge sideboard suitable for children and adults.
There is a Playstation 2 with a few games.
Accessibility
The property has one step up to the front door and a step out to the pool. There is an outside staircase up to the roof terrace which is quite steep.
Outside
To the rear of the property is a private 6m x 3m swimming pool with Roman steps. The patio area has 2 sunloungers. The undercover terrace has a table with 4 chairs. There are 2 more sun loungers on the roof terrace with another table and chairs for dining up there.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is at Los Alcazares which is a 5 minute drive away. It is situated on the Mar Menor where the temperature is said to be 3 degrees warmer than the Med and has been used on the 'Superstars' TV series for watersports.
Golf
The villa is situated on Polaris World's Mar Menor Golf resort (as seen on TV with Jack Nicklaus) and overlooks the second green. The 18 hole Jack Nicklaus has recently been completed. There is a driving range and putting green overlooking the 5 star hotel. Other local golf courses include La Manga, Villa Martin and La Finca.
Travel
The villa is 15 mins from Murcia St Javier airport and is 45 mins from Alicante.
Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Torre Pacheco is the nearest small town (3-5 mins). Murcia is 30 mins away. Cartagena is 20 mins away. All times are approximate and by car.
Further details
The 5 star Intercontinental Hotel opened in 2006 and has 2 restaurants and several bars. It also has a beautiful Spa.
There are 3 restaurants within 15 -20 mins easy walk just outside the resort.
There are a number of local restaurants within 5-15 mins drive outside the resort.
Booking notes
Phone or e-mail us to book and to ask any questions. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. This will be used as a security deposit and returned in full providing everything is in order after departure and keys and passes returned. Full payment is required 8 - 12 weeks prior to your stay.

Owner profile
About the owner
We are a married couple in our 40's with an 12year old son. We both work and relish our holidays in the sun. We bought the villa when the resort was in the early stages of being built and have enjoyed watching it grow into a very beautiful place. We have made lots of friends and enjoy the facilities on the complex.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the villa in Dec 2004 as we were looking for a place in the sun. We wanted a place with all the benefits of a hotel resort, with our own private living space and all the comforts of home. We found it. We enjoy the fact that we can opt for a quiet day around our pool or walk to the hotel and spend time there. We also like to stroll out in the evening to one of the many bars or restaurants. With some fantastic beaches close by this resort is in a perfect location.
Unique benefits of the property
There is a 5 star hotel 5 mins walk away with some excellent restaurants, a spa and golf bar. It has an 18 hole golf course, (Jack Nicklaus design), The villa itself is in a quiet cul-de-sac over looking the 2nd green. We have furnished the property to a high standard as it is our second home and we spend most of our holidays there. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
